I contacted him on 9/25, there were delays but he came out on 10/6 to fix it. I paid $325 and he said he would be back in a few days to turn the water back on and check the repair. After multiple requests, I finally was advised how to turn the water back on on 10/26. I turned the water back on and notices that it was still leaking in the same area and advised him. It is now 11/16, I have received multiple apologies, excuses (rain is a recurring theme) and promises to return. He has my money and I still have a leak. I understand issues come up but it should not take 7 weeks and my money should be returned because I now will have to hire someone else.

I've used this vendor a couple times. Always very professional and takes care of what I need done.

Mike and his assistant did a great job for us. We called him on a Tuesday and the work was done the following Monday. He set realistic expectations and followed through with every promise. He was fair and the value was true. Maybe not the most inexpensive, however, you get what you pay for at times. His work was also pleasing to the eye. Can not tell you how many times good work is done, however, does not look as good as it could. Hope I will not have to use him again, but if I need a sprinkler person he will be the guy I call.

I called Mike, he scheduled promptly and arrived on the date and time he stated punctually. He had given a rough estimate by phone and confirmed the work in person. He also repaired sprinkler heads. He took his time with integrity & due diligence in his work. Completed the work within the estimate he provided without trying to upcharge or upsell any products.

Things went great! I was very impressed and I really liked how he was able to give a fair price and even though there were some extra challenges he stuck to his quote. I am very happy with the quality and would definitely use them again.

They provided the same make and model replacement so did not have to learn a new system.

I used his services for two years with landscape lighting and irrigation. I've tried to reach him on 3 occasions within the last 6 months and has completely stopped answering my phone calls or texts ( he would communicate through both). He was always hard to reach throughout his service. He was hit or miss on contacting me back. I would have to call him multiple times to set up an appointment. Now he has not honored his warrantee for his LED lights he installed for my landscape lighting. Now that I've hired someone else, apparently his choice of LED's are cheap. About 50% of my yard have already stopped working within the year of installation. He is personable and pleasant when meeting him in person. I did feel safe when he was working on my yard. I just wish he would follow through, contact his existing customers, and honor his warrantee. No call back in 6 months in trying to reach him, is unprofessional and unacceptable.

Mike was great. He showed up on time, reviewed the system and proposed a fix. His price was reasonable. He finished the job the same day.

His rate was good and he didn’t charge me a very low rate compared to what others charge. He came to do some other work. I wasn’t really sure if he could do it. He said he could do it, but I had a backup plan. He did some good work and went away. I would use him again for sprinklers, not for well pumps. It took two people 2 ½ hours of work including commuting time.

went well- took care of everything while I was at work. Only came back to see everything working properly and connected to my existing sprinkler system. No complaints. Reasonable price. Fast response. Clearly wanted my business.

Lots of unanticipated problems

Needed readjustment after first visit. response was great, and problems were attended to to my satisfaction. Great service.

Mike Miller was hired to repair my lawn irrigation system. I am somewhat to blame as I did not get a written estimate. He sent his "technician" Tanya out to perform the repair. Some items were not repaired as discussed. When I called him after I paid him he stated "he" would be out to make the remaining repairs. On the day the additional repairs were to be made he called me and stated 3 of the repairs he indicated would be performed were not covered under the initial spoken repair estimate. I discussed and documented the additional repairs via our phone conversation. Instead of Mike coming to make the repairs, as he stated, he sent his technician, Tanya. During our phone conversation the day of the repair of additional items, Mike stated, and I quote "You are a difficult customer." Hummm, very poor customer service and poor job. ALSO - When discussing the items which were not repaired Mike stated, and I quote, "we didn't even look at that half of the yard." REALLY?? Goodness! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS ONE. MAKE SURE YOU GET A WRITEN ESTIMATE ON ALL WORK AS HE SPECIALIZES IN "BAIT AND SWITCH" AND DOES NOT SUBSCRIBE TO "THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT."

Today, Mike came out to perform the work. He was prompt and called me when he was done. He actually was able to do the job for $75 cheaper. Based on my last few experiences with him, I would trust him to do work for us in the future and highly recommend him.

After confusion on the date for the follow-up work, they showed up and did a very thorough and excellent job
