Used termite eaten wood to build a wooden frame that is about to fall apart. Paid him to repair my deck told me he ran out of materials and never fixed it. How sad you hire with trust and you get wasted time and throw away money :(. Beware

I was very happy with the results and how quickly they were accomplished. Only concern was that he lowballed the cost to me so I had to insist that he take more for all he did. He's a great worker.
