Mike showed up asap, scoped the job requirements, gave a written estimate that was accepted by insurance company, had team out next morning to roll up rug in bedroom, break through concrete floor, locate actual leak (~6" laterally from where professional had estimated it to be) and about 18" beneath floor surface, repaired pipe, pressurized system to check it, however repaired pipe leaked (crimping a fitting onto corroded pipe didn't work), then properly cleaned, sweated new piece of pipe into place, repressurized system, inspected new work to verify success, filled hole with sand, covered and leveled that with freshly mixed concrete. All was completed in 1 day. Kudos. Thanks, Mike! Your timely response was greatly appreciated! Mike's bid was higher than that of the leak detection company; however, Mike's company was far more responsive to our need for hot water and was there the next day. The lower bid came from a company that wanted us to wait 21 days(!) for them to repair it. Since we had an understanding insurance company, they were willing to pay the higher cost for our comfort and convenience. That's right! You read it correctly. An insurance company that looked beyond their bottom line to put our needs first.

Mike was professional and fixed both showers, noting that the shower pipe valve for our new shower/tub had been installed incorrectly. He was very pleasant and professional. In fact, we had a toilet overflow and ceiling water leak hours after he left -- he was responsive over the phone and we were able to diagnose the problem. He even texted me afterwards to see if there was still a problem (there wasn't). Would use Mike again in a heartbeat. He is our plumber of choice moving forward.

He was great on the phone. And was adlento come the next day. Called to make sure in the morning and arrived right in time. Cleaned up after. Very professional. He was a little expensive. But he had a coupon for first time use that I didn’t use.

Went really well. The installer showed up and only had one of the two toilets. He called Mike who then immediately drove another toilet to our location to be installed. Since it was a deal, I was worried they would install a low quality toilet to improve their profit. Instead, they installed Toto toilets which are known as one of the highest quality toilets on the market. Price was good too as most places I called wanted $300 just to install a toilet. Deal price was $450 including the toilet, installation, and haul away of the old toilet.

3 men showed up, 2 seemed to be in training- Original bid was around $200. Lead plummer suggested I replace rather than repair which would cost around $300. When he was finished I was charged for both- the repair and the replacement. He also recommended replacing the valve inside the toilet. Since he changed this the toilet has been stopped up twice.

Charlie did a great job ascertaining the cause of leakage under my house and repairing it. He also noticed that a drain pipe from a sink was not sloping enough downwards and fixed that as well. He was professional and cordial. Would use again.

The service was excellent. In March of 2016, he came out to check 7 water heaters to make sure there were no problems and no chance that one of them would break down or stop functioning. He is a very conscientious contractor that would look out for your needs. The price was right, as well.

This is the most non-responsive and non-professional plumber we have ever experienced. <br> <br>Everything they did in our home leaked after they touched it. We had leaks for a total of 3 weeks before everything was fixed. <br> <br>The plumber not only broke the pipe for the tub faucet, but charged us to fix it. We would not have needed it, if he had leaned on the faucet and broke the pipe in the wall. <br> <br>We had neighbors ask us for a recommendation to a plumber. We definitely did not recommend Mike Williams Plumbing. <br> <br>Stay away from this company! <br>

We were told you had a new one coming. We also informed you doing inspection that you had excessive and should install pressure regulator. We did not of this work for you. You had some else do the work. Again you were only charged 1 hour for the inspection not $950.00."

We discovered that our water heater had failed on a weekend and called Mike Williams Plumbing on a Sunday. Despite his being busy with his own project, Mike came out that day to assess the situation and confirmed that a new water heater was needed. The replacement was completed, as promised, the following day. We were very pleased with the work.

This is the second time we have used Mike Williams Plumbing, and would not use anyone else. Mike is old-school, honest, and a true professional. He is very responsive, and extremely conscientious. When he discovered a local plumbing supply company trying to bilk us on the cost of some parts, he addressed it right away. <br /> <br /> The job we had him perform was quite difficult, due to some of the poorly-designed structural features the home builder had put in place surrounding the installation site. The installation of the new water heater required a lot of hard work by Mike and his employee Charlie, and a very high degree of expertise and skill. Charlie was outstanding, and seemed to revel in the challenge. <br /> <br /> I cannot say enough good things about the quality of service we were provided by Mike Williams Plumbing. My wife and I have recommended him to a number of our neighbors and relatives, and we unequivocally endorse him for any plumbing job, large or small, you may have. <br /> <br /> Simpy said, Mike Williams Plumbing is the BEST! <br />
