Excellent. Miko provided me with 2 options on how to remodel sub-roof, giving me an idea of the cost of each. Work was completed in a timely manner, and he always let me know well in advance when someone would be here. The work itself was very professional and I was very pleased with the result. The next repairs/remodel I need will certainly go to Miko, without question.

It went great, first off several other contractors gave me quotes that were astronomical while Miko came in at 90% less with an alternative solution.  My home was built in 1935 and has the original flooring and subfloor.  The other contractors said I had to replace and build new central supports while Miko said the structure was fine but just needed to be adjusted to get the floors level. Mike came in on time and finished by our deadline.  He was professional from start to finish and just a straight forward honest guy. We still have some more work to do and when we save up a little we will be using Miko again.  If you find your self getting quotes that are ridiculous from other contractors give Miko a call.  He does not disappoint.   <br /> thanks <br /> Troy <br />
