I originally thought it went well but boy was I wrong ! in January 2017 I was in need of a re piping using Pex for both my hot and cold water lines due to a slab leak. I have used Milan for previous plumbing issues and have been pleased with his work however since 2012 his business has grown and he no longer does any or very little of the work. I remained loyal though because I was under the impression that he cared about his business and at least oversaw the employees. Long story short . The re piping was done and we have had increasing clanging of the pipes which is not only annoying but harmful to the fittings on the Pex over time. I hired another reputable plumber and not only did he find VERY insufficient strapping of the Pex to the joists in the attic he said that if the job had been permitted it would never pass inspection due to the fact that there was no expansion tank added to the water heater which alleviates the pressure on the pex lines and fittings. In addition, the NEW plumber installed a pressure valve on the outside spigot to further safe guard the pressure coming into the house. Please keep in mind that I am not writing this review to be malicious in any way because I genuinely liked and put my trust in Milan at one time but rather I am trying to inform people who might be as unfortunate as me to experience a slab leak and what they should be aware of to PROPERLY remedy the situation.

Back in May of 2017 we hired Milan and Son Plumbing Inc to run camera through the pipes in the condo we have in Coral Springs. They went to the property, made a DVD stating that pipes were blocked by the root of a tree that is outside of the building in the common area. They then stated they had given the DVD to the Association. Association never received DVD and we never got a copy. We called them and left numerous messages, but no one ever returned the call. Finally, we got Milan to answer the phone in January of 2018. Milan informed that he fired most of his personnel and doesn't have the DVD. He refused to take responsibility of his worker because too much time had passed. It's not our fault that he refused to return our calls and now he is using this against us. It’s not our fault that people he hires are incompetent. He should take responsibility of returning telephone calls and for people that he hires. This company took the money, but failed to provide service. Stay away.

They gave me a ten percent discount, but I felt that the price was still high. They came on time, did the job, and left. They also gave me a satisfaction guarantee, however, the problem hasn't arisen again. The service was satisfactory.

Spoke with Andre late Thursday afternoon. He quoted a price (several hundred dollars lower than other quotes) and scheduled me for the next morning. The representative, Dobrica, arrived early for the appointment. He checked the location to confirm adequate space for the new unit which was larger than the old unit and recommended a new shut off valve (the old unit was from 1994). He was very professional and his installation was top notch. It required major re-plumbing which he accomplished quickly. What amazed me the most is that the job was completed at the quoted price plus the cost of the optional shut off valve. I honestly expected some sort of additional cost to be added because some unexpected problems would pop up. But, NO, the quote was honored, and no attempt was made to get me to buy any additional parts. Having lived in South Florida since 1981, I've come to expect some sort of up-charge. Great to find an honest business!

Our garbage disposal was making a terrible noise, like there was silverware in there, but repeated inspections proved that the disposal was empty. The repairman showed up, determined that the unit should be replaced. Then charged $300 for the labor and parts. It only took about half an hour to replace the disposal. The work was done fast and well. However, those disposals go for $100 at Home Depot. That leaves $200 for labor which seems a bit much for a house call and half an hour's work.

"Thank you very much for this review. Most people forget that we carry the parts on our truck and delivery it to your house. That price also includes overhead and all expenses to stay in business. So when people ask me if I carry the proper insurances and licensees then I can reply with a yes. Well that all ads up to that price. Here is how I look at it. When I go to dinner I would never ask the waitress how much she paid for the flower in the meal and to please break down all the parts of the meal. They would find out that the pizza only cost the restaurant $2 and the rest goes to overhead."

It went well But paid 500.00 out my pocket for whole thing I didn't expect to pay that much out pocket for a replace toilet. So if you used this company by your toilet at whatever hardware place and let them installed it because if not you going to wind up paying that price.

"Thank you for this great review. The price usually depends on the make and model of the toilet. We also deliver the toilet and haul of the old one. That is worth some money. And the most important issue is that you have the warranty with us. So if the toilet is defective at the time of the installation, then we get you a new one free of charge. If you have your own toilet then you pay twice for the install."

signed up for work per Angie list on 3/17/17. Rec'd email stating that my work order was rec'd and would be contacted by Milan. No contact from Milan and I called them on 3/21/17. Was told that somehow they didn't get my order. Then stated that they would have someone to do job tomorrow 03/22/17. Worker came to my unit looked and took picture of sink disposal. Left and returned about a half hour later with the replacement garbage disposal and installed it. Had an under the sink water filter and requested that it be removed. Worker looked at the water filter and said something about being frozen and he didn't have tools to remove water filter. He then listed this on the receipt and said the office would check it out and let me know. Called late on 03/23/17 gave the receipt number and explained the situation. Was told would be called back. No call back so called again on 03/24/17 and again was told that someone will be calling me back. Never received a call back from them. Seemed like they didn't want to remove the water filter so called back Angie list and got another plumber to remove the water filter. Worker from Florida Plumbing Solutions came the next day and within 15 minutes he removed the under sink water filter. Didn't seem to have any problems in doing this job.

It went well !! You can see by the pictures, how hard of a job it was. They repaired it and then stayed over half an hour to make sure it was clear and there were no leaks !! I highly recommend Milan & Son Plumbing, and will have them come back when l remodel my master bathroom. JOB WELL DONE !!!
