I had Milano and Adam’s come to my house to change two a/c and heaters for my house. They arrived at 8am and promptly walked around with me to explain the job before starting. After a 30 minute conversation of all work to be done they started. They had both units installed up and working by 5pm. Courteous and mindful of my house because one unit was in the attic. They were careful and fast. They explained everything on their work and on the operation of my new equipment. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who wants quality work at a great price. Oh my god! Finally, an honest, responsive and knowledgeable heating and air conditioning company. Unfortunately I used a reccomended person who supposedly had a heating and a/c company and yes, I was ripped off. LISTEN UP. call Joe. Even though he was obviously booked solid, he and his guys finished a job at 6:00 pm and then came to me and worked until the job was completed!!! Who does that?? Joe Milano made the transaction easy from start to finish. I chose Milano over other big companies because of contract pricing, longer warranty and reliability. I call or text and he responds right away unlike other companies. His workers, Mike and Johnny did a terrific job. They were supposed to do the work for 2 days but finished in one day. They hauled the old system, cleaned up and made sure work is done as it should. I am very much satisfied with the job done. Milano has earned my trust.

The worker was very professional and got the job done. After the job was done, I expressed concern that there was a small gap around the vent pipe where it exited the house, as well as small damage to the outside of the house. The worker promised to come back with the proper material. I made full payment, trusting that they would come back to complete the job, and they did come back to complete the job to the level of excellence.

Great - Mine did a great job texting and letting me know when he was coming and if something changed he let me know so I wasn't sitting around all day so that gave me some freedom and the ac works better than it did before so I'm very badly
