Very well but slow in completion

I have used Milano Bros. for commercial snow removal for the last 3 years and I couldn't be happier. They are ready to go before the first snowflake even hits the ground. From the removal of snow to the clean up afterwards, to the attention to detail to customer service, Milano Bros. is top notch. We've never missed of moment of production due to snow, not even during the blizzard a couple years back. I've never used a snow removal company that reliable. Highly recommended.

MICHAEL W. - RONKONKOMA, NY I contacted Milano Bros. and spoke to Richie regarding getting some Cultured Stone and Paver Stone work done on the front of my house. Being new to this type of project, Richie was nice enough to meet with me at the Masonry Yard and helped me to pick out the correct stone in order to get the look I wanted. This is very detailed work and Richie was constantly there supervising the work and his crew stayed "on-point" to every detail. Also, all the work stayed right on schedule, which was very important to me. The best compliment is when my neighbors are walking their dogs and they stop to tell me how nice the stone work came out.

The owner came to my house on the first day to give me an estimate on the work. The price he estimated was reasonable at first but even better when he was able to save me some money before the job was done. The crew showed up on time every morning and worked straight through the day, I only saw them stopping to break for lunch and water. I am very impressed with how my driveway turned out. Rich recommended a brick in a color I wasn't sure about at first, but it matches my home in a perfect compliment!! I cant wait to have the back done. Another pathway to the pool and I will only use this company now.

I am very unhappy with the work done by these people. They did no prep work on the driveway, which had been gravel for years, which caused the driveway to be uneven in places. There was a drainage pipe under the driveway, which they installed, and they never properly tapped down the soil over the top of it so now I have a large indented trough across the whole width of the driveway. They left a mess every where and I would encourage people to be weary of them.

I BELIEVE THIS COMPANY DID A FANTASTIC JOB OF GETTING ALL THE LEAVES AND BRANCHES OUT OF MY YARD. MANY OF MY NEIGHBORS HAVE SAID WHAT A WONDERFUL JOB THEY DID.
