Mile High Sprinklers

I hired Mile Hi Sprinkler (Nick) for what turned out to be a very costly and, in my opinion, completely unnecessary irrigation system replacement in my backyardâ $3,500 down the drain. While the work itself was fine and the crew was polite, itâ s clear to me now that I never needed such an extensive overhaul. What really confirmed my suspicions was a follow-up visit when they sent two different workers, Javier and Jose, to winterize the system. These guys started focusing on the very valve box that had caused issues before, insisting that I needed new valvesâ despite the fact that this problem had supposedly been fixed by Nick during the expensive replacement. They were literally touching the valve control that had been turned down previously, trying to convince me to pay for yet another fix. It felt like a blatant attempt to squeeze more money out of me. I sent them away because I couldnâ t trust what they were saying. If Mile Hi Sprinkler were completely honest, they would have turned the valve on, that's all today's sprinkler man did! Mile-Hi hovered over the valve box for a long time telling me I needed to replace them! (All I needed was for someone nice to turn the handle back on, no replacement was needed!) I would strongly advise anyone considering their services to get a second opinion before letting Mile-Hi start any big projects. This experience has left me feeling misled and taken advantage of and as a naive homeowner, I trusted them. Big mistake. Expensive too.

Jake is very customer service oriented. He is prompt, easily accessible and his work is excellent. Jake doesnâ t just do a â one stop shopâ . He emailed his customerâ s when we had that unexpected freeze with written instructions and a video showing how to protect your sprinkler systems. He also has a winter turn off schedule and spring turn on schedule. I couldnâ t be more pleased. I highly recommend Jake
