He is an independent guy. He shows up whenever we need him and he doesn't charge too much. He usually gets most of the stuff out of the carpet.

Great people, wonderful to work with, they were prompt, friendly, and they did an outstanding job. Why then did I give them a B in quality? Because they have to get the water they use for their machine from your sinks in your house. If it wasn't for that I would continue to use them. <br />

It wasn't bad. We had some stained carpeted ares which they over plastered and now they are even worse. But they were pleasant and got the job done. They came within the month of purchase. They counted a hallway as a room and they counted my large bedroom as 2 rooms. So I can't say they did enough work. I can't say I was thrilled by it and I didn't check with other people but it was just a surprise.

Very punctual. Great comunication. Took extra care to make sure furniture that couldn't be moved was protected. Treated areas of pet stains and got carpet much cleaner. Would definately recommend. <br />

Very prompt and friendly. I didn't realize that they were going to use our water. I would have preferred they use their own water. They did a nice job and carpet (cream colored) looked great. My only complaint (besides not using their own water) is that the carpet was very damp for over a day and was still damp after 3 or 4 days, which was annoying. The smell from the cleaner also hung around for over a week. <br /> However, this is a Deal Chicken offer, and was overall a good service for the price. Great for those on a budget who do not want to clean their own carpets. <br />

We always offer instructions’ to our customers as to any actions that will help them to enjoy the best possible results from our service. It is important that these instructions are followed. In most cases when the aftercare instructions concern air circulation after the cleaning. The bio-enzyme deodorizers sent we use does neutralize upon drying. We do not use any cleaning product that there is not a real need for."

It's a fairly new business for them. They used an extractor machine that does not use much lather; it just puts water in and extracts it out. The price was not outrageous, they were reasonable and I was happy with that. My experience with them was very good. It was a good job. They were quite professional. I would use them again in the future.
