A complete nightmare, they showed up without tools, employee's complaining about not being payed. Showing up late and then disappearing because they didn't have tools or supplies. The actual work was inspected. The block failed, the framing failed, the electric failed, the plumbing failed, the siding and roof need to be torn off and replaced. The final straw that led to me firing him was his employees doing illegal drugs at my house. To top it off he never pulled permits, so the job has been stoped now for two weeks. We have tools missing, the workers helped themselves to our refrigerator and even found them going through our stuff. This led to one of us being at the house at all times, leading to lost income for us calling off work.... This man and company is an absolute fraud

Never on the job did they have the necessary equipment. They asked to borrow my shovel, rake and drill bits. They didn't complete anything, not even the power wash. The power wash job on the house was uneven and uncompleted. The team that was regrading and properly sloping the house did not even bring dirt in. The decorative stones were just dumped in my driveway and the workers just helped themselves to my flat shovels. Alex, the owner, would literally just drop the workers off without any equipment or regard. I actually haphazardly started to shovel the stones that landed in my yard after they left that day. They used the wrong paint for the job. They used the same paint on the block and brick portions of the home that they used on the metal awning. It did not adhere. I could go on and on. No job that was the contract was completed 100% before they started another. They did not even has gas for the rented power equipment they did bring. He cussed at his workers when he dropped them off to get the job done because he had to return it later in the day. I offered to drive them to get gas, but they had no containers or money. Not one job was done, but all jobs were started without supervision. I ended up going to get gas for the cultivator and was not reimbursed and my tools that they "borrowed" are missing. He is verbally abusive when I contact him to do the right thing and finish what was started. I am going to be financially incapacitated because of this company. This is so overwhelming for me to deal with.

Milex Constuction came to my home the same day I called for an estimate. Mr. Alex was very thorough in explaing how the work would be done. I feel they listened to my concerns & paid special attention when working in those areas. They are very knowledgeable, not only about product and process, but also handling insurance claims. The job started out a little rough because of the weather. It turned out to be the hotest 2 days of the summer! Still everything was completed in 3 days and the clean up was treated just as important as the roofing job itself. The workers are a dedicated bunch who worked till dark when needed. All the guys are very polite and extremely dedicated to their work. Mr Alex's referal to the exterior painters was also a spot on choice. Now that the outside is done, Time for some inside drywalling! <br />

The people of Milex Construction are hands down one of the best new companies of North East Ohio. Their entire staff is knowledgeable, hard working and very professional. I highly recommend Milex for all your construction needs now, and in the future. <br />

It went very well. The job took a little longer than anticipated due to weather conditions and some unexpected problems. Overall it was a good experience. <br />
