Awesome! Mike answered the call right away and was able to get us in the next day. Ram called and showed up as expected and did an AMAZING and quality job on all 3 projects! He was a genuinely, all around good guy. Highly recommend them and would definitely use them again.

Mike is a very nice guy -- someone that I felt comfortable having work in my house while I was home. He works hard and is on-time. I enjoyed working with him on our project... but he doesn't have the skill or eye for detail that is needed to install tile. He installed most of our bathroom floor twice because there were corners of tile sticking up that we were going to scrape our feet on. We hoped that once he knew we expected the tile to be flat, straight, and with grout lines that were somewhat the same, the quality of work for the shower walls and floor would improve, but it didn't. The shower floor has visible dips in it where water will pool over time. There was no grout between some tiles and huge grout lines in other places. He tried [unsuccessfully] to fix it. We ended up with the shower wall grout applied in random places on shower floor because he got the colors confused. He said that he always leaves the cut sides of tile exposed in shower niches rather than using trim or bullnose, which looks unfinished (see photo). Mike didn't do a 24-hour test to be sure that the shower pan was waterproof, and there are gaps where we are worried that the shower won't be waterproof... We have now learned that a installing tile is a skillset that you probably don't want to hire an all-around handyman to do. Mike said that he didn't think he had the skills to fix the tile and we agreed. We paid him for over half of the cost (and we had already paid for all of the tile and grout), so we lost a lot of money on this project along with the 3.5 weeks that he worked on it. We now we need to hire someone else to redo it because it makes us sad to look at it, and we doubt that it will be waterproof... The tile installers that have quoted our re-do have been shocked. Also, they were concerned that he poured a large cement shower pan in a 2nd floor bathroom instead of using a waterproof fiberglass shower system that wouldn't be too much weight structurally on the house... As I said, Mike is a very nice guy and we feel terrible not writing him a good review, but we are having to redo our bathroom due to the poor quality of work... and we want to caution others from hiring him for their bathroom remodel.

Mike was very professional throughout. We had couple of meetings about the design, materials quality etc. He built a wooden riser for back row seating that can be removed in the future if needed and used high quality materials. The construction of an additional wall was smooth and he even put an sound/thermal insulation to make it acoustic friendly. Staining of the door was perfect. Overall he did a great job on quality and cost. It probably took him little longer than expected. I would recommend anyone to hire him with confidence.

Mike responded to my initial voicemail promptly. He asked for job details and photos. We set a tentative date for the job. He was able to fit me in a couple of days before what we discussed, which was fantastic. Mike showed up right on time and completed the work in much less time than I anticipated. He was professional and the job was well done. I will definitely hire him again for future projects, and would recommend him to anyone. Great work and a fair price.

So happy I contacted Mike. He did an excellent job both times I had him come out. I love my sink and my wall looks so much better. Better than my home builder left it. I will definitely call him for future projects!

Mike did an excellent job on repairing roof on my rodent problem and cut some branches that were over lapping my roof that were not on my list.  He made extra trip to store to change a part that did not fit.  Quality work at a reasonable price.  Would definitely use him again.

Everything went great; it was for 2 of my tenants and both were satisfied with the work. I have a list of projects to continue doing business for the next month.

Mike had a tricky job of filling the voids beneath our bathtubs, which were not easily accessible. He did a great job keeping the holes in the drywall as small as possible, and provided expert advice on the correct method of filling the voids so we can potentially move the bathtubs in the future. He finished on time and on budget. I plan to reengage with Millco if and when future projects come up.

Mike was great. He texted me on his way so I knew when he would arrive. He was meticulous about keeping the area inside my house clean. There were a few gotcha moments that required some improvisation on his part. He consulted me, we agreed on what he should do, and he knocked it out. He made sure I was happy with the way the door closed and looked. He made sure the trim looked good and even.

Process was smooth and although there were some bad weather days, he was able to finish in a timely manner. He cleans up afterward, too

Mike is an absolute life saver! He is super skilled with all areas of building and totally trustworthy. We have been having to work through finishing a wide variety of things on this house in a particular order as far as need and costs and he is very helpful in prioritizing what needs to happen first. He is very much in demand and tries to work with all of his customers as much as possible to fit in people that have critical issues. I can't wait to finish up on my son's "fixer upper" so I can get him over to our house for updates and other maintenance.

Quality work and efficiently completed. <br />

Mike did a fantastic job and I will bring him back for adding the cabinets when received, as well as finishing out the old kitchen area (d*** this in two steps - new expansion and then tear out old and update). Mike has also been very flexible and patient with requests that we have and has offered much expert advice to help guide us through the process. On the days that Mike had to tend to other clients, he asked us ahead of time, to make certain we were all in sync. It was easy to get a hold of Mike and he was always punctual, giving us a morning status of what was next. I highly recommend Mike and his company. <br />

Mike came out and inspected the work needed to be done, advised he could seal all the vents. Since he was going to be on the roof to do the chimney work. We agreed and the price I paid for the work was fair. I highly recommend Mike for his excellent work and how quickly he could finish the work as per our agreement. <br />
