William High responded promptly, was knowledgeable about the project, produced quality work, completed the job in the time frame agreed upon, and came in a fair price. I would definitely hire him again.

The work was completed as promised, but there are minor problems with both the walkway and steps. The curve of the walkway has places where the wooden concrete forms didn't match up, leaving ~1 inch corners sticking out instead of a smooth curve. The concrete front step doesn't completely fill the space against the house (a couple of gaps remain) so I worry that water could get in and eventually damage the step. Otherwise, the walkway looks good.

Horrible!! William High never given me my money back for not doing the work requested. I gave William $3,000 to start the work. That afternoon he called me to tell me it will require more work and he need to increase the cost after we agreed to the initial agreement. He informed me that the height would need to be raised to 12 inches on the backside to level the flooring out for the shed slab. I told him we already had an agreement for the cost of the slab. He kept on complaining about the work then missed the deadline for today (18 Jan 2017) which I needed to have the slab completed so the shed could be delivered on time. William did not do the work and this morning I received another quote for the 12x20 shed slab for $8,900 dollars. I emailed William to decline the increase he requested. I came home today to find out he removed his equipment and supplies. At this time he is not trying to reimburse my $3,000 dollars since I didn't agree on the second quote. I don't have a slab and I didn't get a refund. This situation has been very unprofessional and scam like! I will be going to small claims court to recoup my $3,000!

"He signed the initial contract 15 days later after causing failure to the project. He was difficult to work with and never available for consultation. He changed the contract Seven times delaying the work and causing the delays in completing the project. Initial contract $5,500. $3,000 down, revised contract for additional changes increased to $8,900 for which he refused to sign half way through the project causing delays. Contract states changes may cause increase. Contract states No signature/payment on revisions - halt work. Negotiations failure because he demands all money back, we negotiated $2000 returned for one week's work and compensation and he declined negotiations."

It went very well. William came to my home, measured and set up a date. My driveway was larger than the 150 square feet allowed for the $1400.00 deal; and I wanted it widened a bit so the cost was more. Laying concrete has to be scheduled for when the concrete company can deliver so it was delayed a couple of days which was fine as the weather cooled off. William and his men arrived at the scheduled time, double-checked the frame for accuracy and did a fine job. The new driveway looks great. Yes, I would use them again.

<p>The company did a superb job installing the new cabinetry, granite counter tops and ceramic flooring. And, I can't say enough about the beautiful paint job down to the install of the new appliances. I am most happy say the least how professional they intallers were and how fast they completed the work, not leaving a scrap anywhere.</p> <p>The price was great and I say that because I like the highest quality material - always seeking the best, but don't want to pay top dollar. <p>Millennium Concrete and Construction, Inc. did a marvelous job on my home. We had two projects going at once. 1) Kitchen remodel which included beautiful intall of new cabinetry, granite countertops, and laminate flooring. They did a beautifl job in a short time. They are "Top Shelf" for sure and we decided to go ahead and finish, 2) the Club Basement which included the install of masonry around the fireplace, a masonry wet bar (so beautiful), and hanging drywall, and final -- the paint. Millennium finished the rough-in bathroom for the basement which was not included in the original contract for an additional $400, so I am not complaining - this included the install of the flooring!</p> <p>I highly recommend them to anyone that needs any kind of remodel - will NOT get this kind of quality work for the more than reasonable PRICE. We are very pleased! Now that the kitchen is so beautiful and we have the beautiful recreation/entertainment spaces, I feel the rest of my home wants a new paint job. Wink-Wink, I will definately hire them back here for that!!!! </p> <p>Thank you Millennium!!</p> <p><br></p>

The provider showed up on time, prepared the area the slab was going in. He poured the cement in the area making sure it stayed in the area and smoothed it out to specifications. He made sure the area was clean before he left my house. Provider came back a couple days later to inspect the job that was well done.

<p>Millennium reconstructed my entire front stoop, steps, sidewalk and double driveway to perfection. They were on time and woredk deligently to finish the quantitive project. I was reluctant at first due to the nature and size of the work to be performed, but owner assured me of the quality and finished product. Beautiful job!
