Sarah, who is the face of Millennium Maid Cleaning, does a fair job when and if she shows up (sometimes good and sometimes so-so). But she is not dependable. She has never been on time. This might be acceptable if it were within reason, but she is routinely 1-4 hours late without providing any notification. Worse than being late, there are occasions when she has not shown up and not called or texted... She shows no consideration for her customer's time and no understanding that customers rely on the service provided... I do not recommend.

She responded quickly for a last minute request, and showed up on time. She was contracted for a moving-out clean of a 4000 square foot home. All she needed to do was bathrooms and floors, all the furniture had been removed, and the home was by no means very dirty, but what you would expect after movers had been in a home. After one hour, she called to say she was finished, a job that normally takes my wife and I 3-4 hours to complete. When I inspected the home, there were rooms she had not touched, and in general the rooms she had done were not well cleaned. She then argued that she was not contracted to vacuum. She acted offended that I wanted her to vacuum one room and finish the job. I went back to work and 30 minutes later she called to say she was finished again. This time, I found that she had dumped sweepings into the kitchen sink, had not cleaned the toilets, and generally a poorly done job. This house needed to pass a final inspection and I needed to spend more time in the home cleaning up her "cleaning" job. I guess she calls her company "Millenium" because as a miilenial she expects a trophy for just showing up.

Sarah did agree to come on memorial day which was a huge plus to me. She has said she would be there at 8 am but called and said she would be about an hour late. She showed up about an hour and a half late. I showed her the house and areas to focus on and I left to help the movers. I came back a few hours later and she had cleaned a two bathrooms. The kitchen and downstairs had not been cleaned so I had to start cleaning the kitchen before the movers came. After she left I noticed lots of dirty areas and some mold in the bathrooms that she spent hours on. I really don't know what happened. The next day she was supposed to be at the other house at 8 am. I tried to contact her to see where she is and hear back around 8:30 that she overslept and would be on her way with a co-worker. She shows up at 945 with no coworker. I had to have the house ready by a certain time so I had to so the work myself. I was super disappointed in the quality of work and the punctuality. I do not recommend this provider.

"First I would like to say yes I did come out on Memorial Day and my client didn't seem to even care that I was working on a holiday. My employee that was going to come decided last min she was going to spend time with her family on memorial day. So I had to do the job alone which I understood. Yes I was late no excuses, but hour and a half no I told hervi would be there at 9am since it was a holiday and i got to her house at 930 due to rain and last min preparation I had to deal with since I book her 1 day before the appointment. She told me the movers were coming so I started up stair so 4 bedrooms were vacuumed 2 bathrooms also so as far as the 2 rooms that's incorrect also in the middle of cleaning I realized the movers put boxes all over the counter tops so I then call the client and told her someone would have to move them before I cleaned. I was informed that the house would be empty. yes it took longer with all the interruptions. I also want to add that I or no one in my family be touching mold. Personally are personalities didnt mix right. sorry for your experience that was not my intensions"

Great, does anything you ask. Other than cleaning taught me how to use online yard sale on I phone.... fast , helps with decorating house. A pleasure to be around. Think you would be happy with her work.thankful to have her not only house cleaning but also other jobs around the porches. I believe anything I needed. Example: cook, go to store, take me to dr. Laundry etc. of course with extra pay, other than house cleaning. Best cleaning ever.
