I purchased a package. I had to contact them via phone, but once we made contact it was scheduled quickly. Can't say enough about the professionalism of the technician. He was wonderful and personable. I actually got sick during the service: he offered to reschedule. He was friendly and willing to answer and explain all questions and concerns, as well as teach me a few things. They were so great I hired them for a separate project. I will call them again in the future.

Everything went great! I was very pleased with the work done by Chris. He was friendly, gave us some good tips on other projects we may do and cleaned up after himself. Chris was very professional and detailed about his work. You could see Chris takes pride in doing a great job and we would use again, great job!

I found Millennium Solar Electric through an Angie's List offer to have an electrical panel replaced with an upgraded panel with a whole home surge protector where you have to pay for the service in full before scheduling the services. Paying a service provider in full before they do any work is quite the leap of faith and goes against rules of dealing with service providers but it is the only way to take advantage of the offers. In an attempt to protect myself I contacted Millennium prior to making payment. The company did not respond to contact attempts through Angie's List email and chat service. I attempted to contact them several times that way throughout October 2017. I finally got in touch with them on November 1st. They apologized for not responding to my attempts to contact them through Angie's List. November 17th was earliest he could schedule my appointment. The work seemed to go off without much of a hitch. When they finished installing the panel, the workers left without much explanation of what what done. I noticed after they left that one of the breakers was not turned on. It was the breaker connected to the whole home surge protector. I wasn't sure if it was supposed to be on or off so I called the company and had to leave a message. A few days later I finally received a response telling me that the breaker should have indeed been turned on. OK, I thought, not a big deal. A week later I noticed that my outdoor security light was no longer working. It was working prior to the installation of the panel. So again I had to call the company. I called on December 1st, left a message. He called me back, stated that he knew what probably went wrong with the wiring when he reconnected the panel but said that he would me back to schedule a time to come correct the problem. I didn't hear back that day so I called on December 4th, 5th, and 6th. On the 6th I again explained the issue as he didn't seem to remember and we made an appointment for December 11th to correct the problem. So I took off work and waited for him to come correct the issue. Guess what....I didn't hear from him on December 11th. I called and find out what happened and the calls went directly to voice mail. I waited an hour and called again and left a message. That is where our story ends for now. I must not contemplate having another company correct the issue which would mean I would have to sue this company for whatever the amount I am charged to have the light fixed. Between December 11th and December 14th, the owner, Christopher Williams and I had a couple of exchanges via text. I think in the end, Mr. Williams understood my frustration and on December 16th he came out as promised (actually he was early) and corrected the issue with the outdoor security light. Now that my issues are resolved I have a much more favorable view of the company.

The appointment went very well. It is refreshing to have a professional come to your home and perform the services requested. He did not try to convince us to get other services we don't want or may not be able to afford. Thank you !!

Brought a brand new apprentice who took a very long time to finish every project. The pendant light he fixed didn’t work the next morning and his response was that it’s the pendant, not his repair. The outlet for my exterior light doesn’t work at all. Spent more time creating a list for additional work he could come back and do than getting through the list. Not worth the money I spent.

The technician Tre kept me informed as to when he was going to arrive and was true to his word. On the job he worked efficiently, keeping me informed as to what he was doing and what he was finding. The job was finished well ahead schedule and I am very satisfied with the results.

The work was done well and they cleaned up behind themselves, removing all garbage associated with the project. I expected that I would need to be responsible for the disposal, however they packed everything up and took it with. This young man is on the rise. I will hire him in the future as well as recommend him to everyone I know in need of electrical services.

It went fine, the service man called a few times from the house giving me updates. And maybe it's because I wasn't there in person, but getting a response after ...well I still haven't received a response. So not sure if they just don't want to come back out again or not, but probably wouldn't reach out to them again.

This was a wonderful deal! Although only 4 lights came with the special offer we opted to get 6. Chris and Trey were fantastic. They helped me to decide the location and spacing of the lights (so often contractors say "you decide") and I appreciated their expertise. They did everything quickly and cleaned up along the way. Trey came back the next day and put in a complicated ceiling fan. They are great!
