Miller Healthcare Network LLC

Was urgent that I set up care for my Mom ASAP - having workers in and working in most rooms including mom's bedroom.  On Angie's List I noticed that Miller Healthcare has Sunday hours.  I called and Ms. Miller, the Administrator called me back in about an hour.  She said she would be at my house first thing in the a.m. (at an agreed upon time) with a care giver ready to start working with my mom.  They showed up on time, took care of some paper work, and the care giver was able to start assisting my mom right away.  I had another company that I used the previous week that was unreliable and it has been a night and day difference in the experience.  I have used Miller daily for almost 4 weeks now and plan to continue as long as my situation requires.  Thankfully, EVERYTHING has gone smoothly since that first call I placed.  Couldn't be happier. <br />

She is the best person, like my family. She comes everyday. She is very very good.

The young lady that Mrs. Miller sent, her name was Marie. She always had a smile on her face and was one of the kindest people I had ever met. She took such good care of my husband. She bathed him everyday in the bed and made sure that he ate his meals. She even read to him. She went well beyond the scope of her duties. I really appreciated her help and support. She was always on time and looked very professional. <br /> I have only good things to say about Marie and Miller Healthcare and I would recommend them to anybody. You will not be disappointed.

They were very compassionate and caring. Mrs Miller helped me through this very rough time. The staff was very helpful and compassionate as well. They were always on time. The home health aide that they sent out was a godsend. Could not have been more help. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I tried several other services before I found Miller Healthcare Network.  Owner, Martine Miller, visited my house to discuss services.  She is very professional, punctual and was able to direct us on the right direction to obtain needed services.  She stayed in touch to follow up and gave us valuable advice as I am not up to speed on Medicare/Medicaid benefits and procedures.  She is very knowledgeable and has extensive experience in the field of Medicare/Madicaid benefits.  I highly recommend Miller Healthcare Network to anyone in need of home care or any other nursing needs. <br />

What I love most about the services that I have received from Miller Healthcare Network, LLC over the past year is the initial assessment that was conducted.  Why?  Because the Assessor truly listened to my preferences and paired my mom with Nursing Aides that provide care to my mom, like I would provide care to my mom!  The company has always made certain that if a new Nursing Aide was going to be assigned to my mom's care, that a company representative was present to ensure a smooth transition of care from me to the assigned Nursing Aide.   <br /> On several occasions I have needed to request next day services, yet my requests have always been accommodated with the same level of service that I have come to expect from Miller.  I am striving diligently to ensure that my mom does not have need of residing in a Nursing Home facility; Miller Healthcare Network works with me to achieve this goal. <br />

The service is very family friendly. They are prompt with a response. If I need their services, they respond immediately. My daughter needs full service healthcare in our home.

This company helped me out a lot. After my grandmother got sick, they found me a caregiver who really liked her job and she was always on time. I felt very comfortable with her in my house.
