About us
Award wining. Miller landscape is your one-stop-shop, full-service landscape provider. We design, install and maintain all aspects of the landscape. We have been in business for 48 years and our average length of employee tenure is over 10 years. We employ over 75 people during our peak season. Our 10 acre facility in orion township houses our state-of-the-art fleet of vehicles and equipment. All of our employees are uniformed and drug free. We are an award-winning, preferred unilock contractor, the preferred water feature installer for bordines in clarkston, mi, and a preferred contractor for dillman and upton lumber in rochester, mi. In addition, we are certified techniseal brick paver sealers and certified installers of monarch & timbertech composite decking.

The reason was every time we serviced your account you called our office complaining about the price and service and looking for a reduction. So not only did we come back out and renovate lawn for a second time at no additional cost you account is still past due. To date we have only received your original $400.00 deposit. "We're glad to hear that the design process went well and that the landscape looks great. We understand your frustration with regards to all of the sprinkler system problems. Whenever we do extensive work on homes with older sprinkler systems, in your case there were two older sprinkler systems, there is a high risk of hitting buried rotors and underground pipes. There's just no way to know where the lines are running or where buried items may be. We discussed this before the project work was performed and we are sorry if we didn't communicate things thoroughly enough for any reason. Several irrigation related repairs were not in the areas we performed services and having multiple sets of irrigation lines made the job much more difficult. We're glad to hear that you thought Dave was okay at fixing things, we think he is great at it! As you've stated in your review, we made multiple trips to your residence to fix or touch up items to ensure a quality job was performed and we would have come back out to level out the walkway if you would have given us the chance. It was recommended that you replace the front walkway during the design process, as it is older and did not have a proper base installed under it, and that is more likely the cause of the wavy sections you mentioned. When disturbed, the lack of base material allows for settling. Again, we could have repaired that for you with additional base material. We sincerely hope that your new landscape continues to look great and that your sprinkler system issues are behind you. If you have any more warranty related items, feel free to let us know."
