They guy that came out said that I needed a remote receiver He gave me an estimate of $1300.00. I paid him $389.00 so far. When the guy left here he never gave me a copy of the invoice and he said the girl will email me one but they didn't.

I used them mostly every year, there's a guy that used to clean my fireplace but he's no longer part of the company so they sent out a new guy recently.

Excellent. We had another propane guy do the hookup and it was all messed up. These guys came out fixed all the problems and cleaned up the resulting mess caused by the other guy. I will only use them for my stove needs.

The team came out on time and did an outstanding job. The crew did a good job of protecting our hardwood floors and keeping the area clean inside our home. This was a quality installation and we are looking forward to cold weather so we can test out our new stove. I would definitely recommend for a chimney liner or wood stove installation.

They were running a bit behind, but informed me early enough that it wasn't an issue. The work was completed promptly and I am very satisfied with the results. I cannot tell that there had been any damage at all. Great work! <br />

They were on time and very clean. They noticed we didn't have a cap installed on our chimney and they were able to install one while there where for cleaning the chimney. Super friendly and reasonable (at least for the cleaning, I didn't double check prices for caps, but honestly don't care too much since they have a lifetime warranty on it). Definitely using them again :) <br />

The technicians arrived at 8 a.m. (the beginning of the time period they were scheduled to come to our house.). They had all of the materials/parts they needed to complete the job, answered all of our questions, and were done in 01 hour, which was the time we were told the job would initially take when we scheduled it. They were professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and cleaned up after themselves. My fiancee and I are currently considering a pellet stove and will be visiting Miller's showroom soon. WE WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE. <br />

They arrived on time, set up the saw outside, took out the old pieces and installed the new. They were set up, cleaned up, and gone in half an hour. I think they did a good job, but I have little doubt that they would make it right if I have a problem. <br />

It turned out great. Scheduling was easy. There were no problems. They laid down and dropped off. They did a nice job of making sure that they kept everything clean. They were prompt. They came when they're supposed to. They did a good job. They were terrific. They responded right away. They were right on time. They were very professional.
