Very well. They were responsive and showed up as scheduled. Another company had at first done measurements and scheduled to do the work, but when they arrived, they said the employee who'd done the measurements had done so improperly and they wouldn't be able to replace our door. Miller's Overhead had no problem with the job and completed it to our complete satisfaction. I would recommend them based on the work they did for us.

Dan did outstanding work. In the process, he had to do some quick thinking to open the garage door as we got locked out of the house. He saved me from having to call a locksmith. He replaced the torsion spring and then noticed that one of the cables was also broken. He replaced both cables at no additional charge. Then he showed me how to lubricate all the necessary parts. Miller's Overhead Door gets all my garage door business. I do not hesitate in recommending them. They're honest people, and do quality work.

<br /> Tech was careful and cleaned up after he finished.  He was careful not to damage the old opener.  Brought all his own tools, and made very sure  it worked before he left.  The cost included the cost of the part. <br />

There was no fee. It didn't cost me anything. I was totally surprised. He was out here for about half hour. I thanked him. He shook hands and he said, "It's our door. We're going to take care of it." They just have this pride in their product. It was a door they had installed maybe, eight or 10 years ago. We've called them out twice, four or five years apart. They just went through that door - every roller, track and the overhead garage door mechanism - and just brought it back to original. They just did things that I hadn't even thought of. The quality of their workmanship is incredible. All the fittings were stainless steel. It was on the pricey end. But, quite honestly, I had no concerns because the quality was there. It was insulated and everything. We had cut glass installed in it as a skylight. That was perfect too. It was just an incredible, beautiful job. This was a custom-built door, which cost a little more. But when it was done, I had no regrets. It matched our house beautifully. They're very nice people to deal with. They're very pleasant on the phone and very punctual.

The price was right. I was very pleased with the work. They did a good clean up and were right on time. The doors look beautiful and they have Sunday Glass. Price included removal of old doors, installation of new door, and hook-up of door opening, warranty on work and product for a year.
