Millikan Masonry did excellent work for us. In addition to being very skilled, all of their workers are very nice people.

After discovering the cracks, we were concerned about getting this repair done before the winter set in. Ryan contacted us shortly after we reported our need for service and gave us advice on how best to make the repair. We were able to schedule the work soon after we initiated contact. He made an effort to find the best match for the bricks that needed to be replaced, and they do look well matched. We discussed the work that would be done and the approximate cost beforehand. The crew arrived on time, were polite, worked diligently, and cleaned up the workspace when finished. We have plans to do some repairs on our covered patio flooring, and plans to have Millikan Masonry do the work. I have no hesitations about hiring them for future projects and would recommend them to others.

These guys were amazing !!! They went above and beyond our expectations for the demolition and cleanup - hard workers !!! We are going to have them come back and do Masonary work on our brick !!! I give them an 11 out of ten !!!!

Ryan, and his team did an amazing job. He did all the foundation repairs within a day, and left the jobsite like he was never there. Couldn't be happier with the work they did, and will absolutely use him again for any other brick work on our house. Very well--the problem was easier to solve than expected, so I was charged less than half the estimate the company gave me.

Ryan was very quick and efficient. As soon as I signed the contract I he was here putting down the gravel I needed. The price was fair and his work was excellent. 10/10 would recommend to family, friends, and co-workers.

my concerns about if foundation needed any work were addressed

It went great. Ryan gave us a fair estimate quickly, and was able perform the work in a reasonable time frame after we accepted the estimate (2 weeks). He worked quickly, explained an unexpected concern he found, and cleaned up afterwards. His work looks good too.

Very well. Yes, it was a small job, but they responded quickly, first with a quote and then with the actual work.

It went great! Very professional!! Came to look at the foundation and came out the next day to do the repairs! It was as if they were never there the basement was just as clean as it was before! Very Friendly and recommend Millikan Masonay to anyone needed quality work done!!

Millikan Masonry got the job done efficiently and with minimal damage to the existing brick enclosure. We had asked a couple of contractors to work on it before contacting Ryan Millikan. These other contractors either just could not remove the rusted box or were prohibitively expensive. Millikan Masonry got it done reasonably and in a couple of hours.

Ryan did a great job for us. He was prompt and the job was completed quickly and professionally. No big mess for us to clean up. We'll definitely have him back for other work we need to have done.

I paid Angie's List and then I paid the difference to him directly. They are probably competitive. He came the same day. He called and he came at the time he said he would. I think it was on a Saturday. I thought the price was fair for the work that needed to be done and he explained exactly what he would do and what the cost would be so I was well informed to make my decision.

The owner Bryan was able to begin work on short notice. He was able to source matching brick and completed the demolition and construction in just a couple days. <br /> <br />

Just bought a house, over 40 years old. Mr. Millikan noticed degraded areas along the foundation that the inspector missed and took no time at all coming out for the estimate and scheduled the tuckpointing work straight away.

Millikan Masonry was awesome to work with! They came right on time, worked diligently throughout the day and did a great job! Ryan Millikan was a true professional in all his interactions. It was a great experience!

Response time and work performed very good. High hopes that mortar / tuckpointing will last longer than the previous (other) contractor’s work.

Ryan was very prompt & professional and did a very good job. He took care of all my concerns and a hard ideas for further action on my problem!

Ryan and his assistant came on time and worked hard. They were polite and respectful and asked important questions about the project. They did an excellent job.

Everything went great. Ryan came to look at the job Saturday. The chimney is hard to get to with ladders, so we arranged for a lift. He quickly patched up the chimney 4 explained, with pictures, that we will need eventually rebuild it. I’ll definitely call him back for the major project. Ryan is an honest professional 4 his pricing is fair 4 reasonable.

Ryan from Millikan Masonry showed up at 7:00 AM. Lard all the block for the foundation with 3 workers and left at 12:00 PM. The were very efficient and did on exceptional job. Price was very reasonable.

Ryan came the same day that I called him (Saturday) and got to work right away! He has done work for us quite a few times before, so we knew it would be done well.
