Finished Everything went as per plan from the begining of the project. The service that we received was amazing. Great respone to all the questions that we had before the start of the project and during the project progress. The initial estimates were also with in our budget and the project was also completed with in the same.All of our expectations were met with the final output.I would hire them for any future projects that we undertake.

Everything from the design through to the completed project went very smoothly and project ended up being gorgeous!! Trevor kept us well informed and there were no hiccups or surprises. Excellent quality work and beautiful finished project!!

The workmanship appears excellent and it was built per plan. I asked for a small change in the steps and they did it without complaint and in a timely manner. The builders were punctual and pleasant to work with. Their price was not the highest or the lowest, but I never go with the lowest bid.

Fantastic! Trevor worked personally with us from the initial estimate all the way through completion of construction. He ran every number, gave us lots of different ideas, was patient, and had no problem using the design we brought to him. He asked lots of questions and made sure we were satisfied every step of the way. We knew he would be busy throughout the summer, but he kept us up-to-date with the timeline and met the scheduled start date. When he did start, he was right there with his two guys, 100% hands-on the whole way through. They were extremely professional, and worked hard, bell to bell, from start to finish. We didn't necessarily know what to expect, but they finished in less than 5 days! After they were done, Trevor made sure we got all the relevant inspection and permit paper work, and our yard looked like they hadn't even been there. Except of course for the deck, which is absolutely spectacular! We've been on it every night since they finished and we love it. We couldn't be happier with Trevor, and we will be calling him again when we're ready to finish the basement. Finally, we'll note that we did our research, received several bids prior to making our initial decision, and Trevor came in the lowest by quite a bit. Professional, hard working, exceeds expectations, top notch quality and reasonably priced?...what more could you ask for!? Give Trevor and Minnesota Construction and Property Management a call!

Trevor was amazing. Him and his team did high quality work and were very thorough in explaining details to us. They were on time and stayed in constant communication. There were a few minor issues but Trevor was prompt and quick to fix them and was extremely professional. Simply put, Trevor and his crew do great decks. <br>I have to share my 1st attempt on hiring the right guy for this project. It consisted of me getting a couple recommended contractors from others and thought I was good. Instead it was terrible, to the point where we mutually agreed it was best for them to remove the decking and poorly installed addition and walk away. Naturally I cautiously interviewed several more deck builders before deciding on MN Construction. <br>From the 1st call, Trevor impressed me. He made time out of his busy schedule to stop by or take my calls. He gave me an clear overview, answered questions and concerns from the last guy's work, explained why when asked, left samples, etc. He suggested deferent designs and product over others and why, building my confidence quickly. After we traded a few emails/texts, my decision to go with MN Construction was an easy one. <br>During the project, with a crew of 3, progress was made quickly. They were efficient, hard working, and asked questions when needed. The results are more than we expected to get because of his recommendations and I know our deck with last longer because of the quality of work/product they used. When I'd point out this or that, boom done, and better than expected. After interviewing several and hiring a couple, it's hard to find guys like this out there. <p>Amazing and better than expected! Dealing with contractors is not always an enjoyable experience and we are happy to report that Minnesota Construction and Property Management was a treat to work with. </p> <p>During the initial consultation, Trevor listened to our request to improve our outdoor living space and offered design solutions the other companies hadn't at a price that was more reasonable. It almost seemed too good to be true. </p> <p>We were tentatively scheduled to begin work on the deck towards the end of May. Thanks to a mild winter and Trevor's excellent time management, they began working on our project at the end of March and finished within a week (and that includes the snow delay and a weekend off)! </p> <p>We have the nicest deck in the neighborhood. The crew is polite, hard-working, and detail-oriented. They have pride in their carpentry skills and we are the beneficiaries of their amazing work. </p> <p>Friends and family are impressed with what we received and are clamoring for Minnesota Construction and Property Management's contact information. </p> <p>We would use them again and recommend them for your home improvement project!</p>

<p>Trevor was part of the team when we were finishing a kitchen remodel in 2014.  At that time we had him open a space in a wall for a future cabinet, but not cut through the wall until we knew what we wanted.  We figured out what would work best and asked him to finish the wall cut-out and smooth the sides so the new cabinet will fit.  While Trevor cut the drywall, his helper vacuumed up all the dust.  They also moved a storage unit to another room.  Trevor also answered some questions I had about a problem outside. </p> <p>They were done with everything within 40 min and no dust or drywall fragments remained.  I'm sure he will return to help with some other job in the future. </p> <br />

If you ever need any work done, Trevor is the guy!  From start to finish, he did it right!  He had great design ideas, was always punctual and always kept his word.  They did great work at a very reasonable cost (we had 4 other bids--3 from Angie's List companies--and his was the best).  He answered every question we had, never made us feel like we were asking something stupid...the epitome of professionalism.  Highly recommended! <br />

Working with Trevor and his guys was AWESOME! He came out to our house, got the measurements, inquired about everything we were looking for in our new deck. He provided multiple options (Cedar, Composite, Combination of both types of materials) and provided his insights to help us make the best choice for us.  I got multiple bids for the job and his was by far the best. There was another builder who was trying to charge an additional $6,000 for the exact same deck. He completed the plans for us and stayed in email and phone contact with us the entire time. <br /> He got the work underway a month before we were supposed to start, after checking in to make sure that was alright with us. Trevor and his guys did a wonderful job using a Herringbone pattern on the decking and really nice wood work for the railings and stairwell. They used routers to smooth the edges and added some nice detail. There isn't one thing we don't like about our new deck.  <br /> As someone with limited experience in construction, I really appreciated that he had the expertise and ethics to do the best job possible. I would refer this company to anyone looking for an honest, hard working, attention to detail oriented builder. It is evident that these gentlemen love what they do and they are excellent at it.  <br /> I appreciate the hard work and will refer anyone who will listen to MN Construction and Property Management! <br />

Minnesota Construction and Property Management exceeded our deck design and build expectations! The workmanship provided by both Trevor and Shaun is of very high quality. We appreciated their attention to detail. Trevor made several visits to our home during the design phase and answered all of our questions. Trevor is professional and friendly, he's a hands on owner. <p>After attempting to get bids from several contractors for this project Trevor with Minnesota Construction and Property Management was the only one that made the effort to meet with us face to face and help us with everything from the initial design to the finite details at the end of the project.</p> <p>Trevor made several visits and worked through all revisions of the design that we requested.  Once we had finalized the design he was quick to give us an accurate bid and immediately obtained the permit from the city and helped us with the approval from our Association.</p> <p>Once the project got started Trevor and his crew showed up on time each day and were very careful and respectful of our property during the construction phase.  We worked closely with Trevor and made a few changes along the way without any hassles.</p> <p>The final result of the project exceeded our expectations and it was clear that he and his crew had gone above and beyond.</p> <p>When we are ready to finish our basement my first call will be to Trevor. </p> <p>I would recommend MN Construction and Property Management to anyone.</p>

I can't say enough about this company! Trevor and Shaun did such an amazing job completing this project, and the others too but can't remember their names. Trevor truly knows what he is talking about, has a very meticulous nature that I appreciate! I got 5 bids for this project and MN Construction was the best priced and had the most knowledge about their products and the variety of options available! Trevor and his crew were always on time and worked well keeping everything clean and picked up each day, I have two small children and animals so that's important to me. Trevor kept us in the loop at every turn and explained things so We could understand and wasn't annoyed that we may have asked the same question 20+ times! He customized everything with us and truly made us feel like we were a team. Trevor and his crew were professional. We know that MN Construction is who we will go with to finish our basement and to do any work we need done in the future. I highly recommend this company

This company did such a good job! They were on time, friendly, professional, cleaned up thoroughly and did a great job! The shelves are amazing and super sturdy! They look sharp and they did a great job explaining things to me. I will for sure use them again!

I needed furniture moved from upstairs to the basement and also had boxes and plastic totes to go downstairs also.  There was heavy bookcases to be moved in the room downstairs before anything else could come down.  Trevor and Shaun finished everything In a fraction of the time it would have taken us and we would have still needed help with the heavy lifting and moving.  I have more work planned for them later this summer. <br />

They are the first on our list for help again.  They tore out rotten drywall in the wall and ceiling in the kitchen and one wall in the downstairs family room.  They got rid of the insulation and repaired wet floor joists in the outside wall.  The wall downstairs was taken down to the studs and then rebuilt to code.  Part of the kitchen floor  had water damage and needed to be replaced.

Trevor and the guys got in and completed demolition of all affected areas. They were able to get their drying equipment set-up and had the property ready for the reconstruction by the end of the day.  In addition , Trevor provided photo documentation of the insulation issues which contributed to the water pipes freezing. It was obvious that Trevor takes pride in what he does. Looking for solutions to aid in prevention of future problems says it all.
