The inspector did a very detailed inspection and had the house owner agree to a roof replacement . I would never have known that , didn't have to be there myself. I would recommend Angi.com to everyone who needs house inspection. You never know what's going on even in remodeled houses.

Phil is an amazing inspector! He was incredibly thorough when inspecting the property and found a number of small issues I never would have recognized on my own. He really went above and beyond in being flexible about scheduling an appointment to work around my inspection window and my upcoming trip and in spending extra time to fully inspect every system in the home. Another thing that sets Phil apart from other inspectors is the level of detail he includes in his report. Phil will send you a PDF recording everything he finds, good and bad, that includes pictures so you can easily think back to when he was explaining to you in-person. Most important, however, is that if any issues are found, Phil really wants you to understand what that means and what you might be looking at as far as repairs/solutions. I felt like Phil was really looking out for me throughout the process.
