This team of ladies came into my home and really made a difference. I bought the house and the seller left it filthy. There was build up and grim all over. When they left I felt clean being there. My kids were very happy as they were able to finally unpack. Minute Maids of El Paso also went the extra mile and picked up and organized our stuff. I am very satisfied.

Like clockwork, Dolores and her team are at my house every two weeks at the same time, never late, when they leave the house is sparkling.

Dolores and her team, Lupita and Maricela did an excellent job cleaning bathrooms, kitchen cabinets, dusted and cleaned the floors. They worked with professionalism, were efficient and quiet. I do recommend Minute Maids as a cleaning service and would hire them again.

Dolores and her group are fantastic! I hired her to clean an elderly relative’s home and clean they did! From scrubbing the oven, cleaning the ceiling fans, vacuuming and mopping, cleaning the bathrooms to dusting all of the knickknacks and putting them back in their proper place. They even changed the linens! Dolores and her staff went out of their way to talk and joke around with my relative, making her comfortable with strangers in her home. Well, they are no longer strangers because when Minute Maids left, my relative called me to say how pleased she was with their service and would like for them to come back on a regular basis. Thank you Dolores and all for not only doing a great job cleaning but going the extra mile to make it a pleasant experience for my relative!!!

Cleaning wasn’t great but okay enough to help a working mom. I didn’t like the constant price changes and the unpredictable changes in staff. This made me feel worried about the safety of my home. Very sweet lady but the folks she chose to work with were unprofessional and didn’t clean properly. I even caught one of them on my door cam shaming me because my patio was dirty and needed to be swept. I mean, that is why I was seeking help isn’t it? They also complained about the size of my home saying it was too big…even though they came out and did a walk through before pricing.
