Installer Charged me $700 to convert a 1 car track. Same door and track kept. Just a new motorized kit (parts) not a true kit, w/2 openers, no key pad. told me the key pad would be $100 additional labor plus cost of key pad. So he sold me a kit, without a keypad. Made oversized cuts, left raw, in bucks at least should had been filled and painted, Worst, he fell though the ceiling joists and fractured the drywall in garage ceiling. Installer said "it was already like that" Fact is, the fracture is in direct path of the out let he installed. He is a liar, a thief and I think he is a crack smoker.
