Africa was a very pleasant woman and very accommodating to my needs, especially when I had to change date/time of visit. They did a thorough cleaning and the owner even sent a woman back when I complained about stains in the sink. They missed cleaning one of the bathrooms but returned the next day and completed the job. The owner (Africa) offered me a discount for the mistake. We talked about the rust stain in one of the sinks, we both agreed that it was the water and not the cleaning person. I was in a REHAB CTR. during the whole process, but my son sent pictures & we talked about his view of job that was performed. He said they did a very good job. I came home from REHAB the next day and could see the kitchen and downstairs bathroom were GREAT.
