He stands by his word, if no repairs to be done - its no cost. He took the piece found on the roof, which he can use in the future. <br /> Turns out that the previous company just left a boot and the storm moved it to an area we could see it. <br />

I got my roof replaced by Storm 2 years ago. He was on time, very professional and had great attitude. We called him because of a leak in the roof. He had fixed the leak and suggested the full replacement due to hail damage. He did the work quickly without any problems. I had enjoyed working with him. Lately there came out a problem so I called him. He came by the same day after finishing up his work, and stood by his work and fixed it for us. Same attitude towards his work is there. I would definitely work with him again. <br />

Excellent. He came out the same day I called (which was a Saturday). I had some missing shingles on my roof as well as some corner areas damaged from a storm that needed repair. He was very clear about his rates and what he could fix. Everything turned out just as he said. I will definitely call on him again <br />

Bob and Storm came just when they said and were very efficient and thorough. Covered the carpet where they walked, carried equipment, and finished when they said they would, and cleaned up after themselves, and vacuumed the floor. They were great.

Storm and Bob are the nicest guys! Our three small doggies were happy to see them arrive each morning. They were careful around our pets, making sure they weren't in harm's way and didn't escape out the door. <br /> They took care of our house, placing drop-cloths over our wooden floors.so they wouldn't mar the finish. They removed the old shower and tub, carefully preserving the existing tile on the floor and adjacent walls. They removed all decayed wood and replaced it with new lumber. They carefully brought in the new shower pieces and assembled the new shower. They repeatedly asked us to review their work and asked if they were meeting our expectations. They cleaned up their work area and left the house in excellent shape. <br /> My wife and I are extremely pleased with their handiwork and professional expertise. We will be asking them to perform additional work on our house and strongly recommend them. <br />

Storm responded promptly to my email and was able to come by the same morning. He determined that the turbines were damaged and would need to be replaced. We already had some of the roof shingles. Storm went to Home Depot and purchased the replacement turbines and installed them and replaced the necessary shingles. He inspected the roof and added some needed silicone caulk. Storm detected the smell of methane from one of the turbines and asked to take a look in the attic. He showed me where one of the bathroom vent pipes was clearly damaged and we agreed that he would return the next day to repair the pipe. <br />

Follow-up on a prior visit. I noticed a loose shingle yesterday being blown by the wind. I called Storm Phillips, he agreed to check on it on Sunday afternoon. Arrived on time, got started immediately, double-secured the loose shingle (tar and silicon) and checked others around it, replaced ones needing it, at NO CHARGE because I had used him in 2013 to do a thorough roof-shingle check and repair. Very professional, DEFINITELY will use him again. Fair, honest, great vendor. <br />
