Around  the 20th of Dec 2014,  I agreed with Mr. Boyd owner of the Mister Sparky to have a 20 Kw generator install at my home. After, paying 5660.00 which was half the price for the generator.  After some unexpected circumstances. I decided to cancel the installation of the generator to revisit later in the year. So, I contacted Mister Sparky office, where I  spoken to a couple office employees expressing by desire for a refund.  Which, they told me that Mr. Boyd the owner would get in touch with me. Mr. Boyd had to approve the request for a refund of funds paid. Well, after a few weeks I heard nothing from Mr. Boyd about my issue. So, after couple months I contacted Mr. Boyd by email.  On Wed, Mar 18, 2015, at 11:56 AM to express my issue with getting a refund of paid funds back.  His reply on Wed, 18 Mar 2015 14:01:56 "William, I understand and you are correct it has taken longer than I anticipated. Just know that we had purchased your equipment and have been trying to get a return on it as well on our end. I can see that my staff hasn't explained that to you and for that I apologize. I will be getting you a check in the day or so as my return for your equipment should be completed by then from my vendor.  Again, I apologize for the delay and this should all be resolved very quickly". This was the last communication with the company as a whole. My last attempt to get some feedback after the last email from Mr. Boyd was on Mon 4/13/15 3:40 PM. Still to this day 24th of April 2015, I still haven't heard from Mister Sparky,  Mr. Boyd about my refund <br /> <br />

It was okay. I liked that it was fast. There was some confusion about what we wanted done and we thought one thing was getting done and it wasn't getting done. I didn't know if there was confusion on my part or his part but either way it was okay. It was pretty expensive.

They have done a great job with the service, and they really put customer's first. I have used them several times and will continue to use them. They are even working on my son's home.

Both individuals I dealt with where top notch and very knowledgeable. The job was done on-time and cost less than the original estimate (I like that!).

Style is professional, efficient and knowledgeable. I trust him with the safety of my home. He is willing to explain what and why he is doing electrical work. He had installed a wall heater in my art studio in October and I decided to have him back for the work in the rec room. <br />

His price was so much better. My husband was digging where he should not have been digging. My husband said that he was fast and amazing. My husband was very happy with him. We did not have to wait at all. He was on time.

This company and Nick the electrician provided  top notch service. Everything was discussed up front and the work was done quickly and professionally. Will definitely be using them in the future as needed. <br /> <br />

I found them on Angie's List. It took less than one hour to fix it and since it was a fixed rate contract I paid them the full price. It was just a small disconnection at one of the points so I thought it was a little bit too much money for one single, small problem. They came on time.

It has been a great experience and I have had them come back several times. They are spendy, but really good. They guarantee their work. I will continue to use them.

It works fine now and that was the most painless and professional job. The owner came out and explained what needed to be done and what they needed to do. All of the guys that came out were extremely nice and efficient and they did a perfect job. It has been working perfectly, it turns itself on every Monday at noon for a test run. I would recommend them. It is nice to be able to recommend him. They will be coming back to do the annual check up. I have had them come back since to install a lamp for me. It is all automatic, because I am on oxygen. They are very good people to work with. They are professional and quick. They are cooperative, if I ask them a question, they take the time to explain everything. They will explain everything until I am satisfied. I appreciate them treating me like I had a brain in my head. He guarantees everything. He told me if there is ever a problem I can call him at home. They had to put in another electrical box. The pricing was not cheap, but they did it right the first time. He did not try to sell me the most expensive one. He saved me about $200. All of his men were courteous, professional and dignified. They all covered their shoes and were careful when they were in the house. I would use them again, if I need an electrician, I will call them.

The electrician arrived on time and completed the work efficiently. He installed a ceiling fan and a recessed outlet for our range. This was an Angie's List hot deal - I had paid $99.00 for $300.00 worth of work. The work I needed done cost an additional $100.00. The estimate for the work was straightforward and clear. We're very satisfied with the work that was done.

He explained what I needed to do until help could get here, preventing someone from getting hurt.  They were arrived on time and did a great job. The price was just as quoted.  I was very happy.

I got them from Angie's List. It was a very good experience. The tech came in, looked the job over and did an estimate. It was reasonable for what I thought and they took care of it right away.

They operate on a fixed price basis which they felt gives the customer more assurance.  The fixed price comes out of their Pricing Book.  If you had one task for them to do that might be a good method.  I wanted three things done and two at the same switch box on the wall.  They considered this three small jobs and went to the book.  I considered it one job.  I paid for the service but told the owner that his pricing discourages doing multiple things on a call.  I'd rather work on time and materials. <br />

It went very good. It was really more than I expected. I was totally satisfied with what they did. I am not really complaining about the cost. The estimate on additional work was way more than what I thought it should have been. I asked them about an additional project and it seemed totally unrealistic. The guy was very personable and easy to talk with and explained everything that he was doing. I was happy with the customer service that I received from him. I would use them again.
