We have 5 employees. We do not sub out our electrical work. The total investment is determined by the job not by the hour. Our minimum service fee ranges from $29 to $99 depending on the appointment window desired. We offer free estimates for electrical service and panel replacements. Our minimum emergency service fee ranges from $199 to $298.

They sent two very professional Electrician's who worked 9 hours without taking not even one break or a lunch. <br /> They were very good, clean, worked well together, and presented themselves very professional. <br /> <br /> As I said they were electricians and not carpenters. <br /> They had to cut into my wall to have the new panel fit and they <br /> <strong>left a 4 inch gap by 12 inches long under the panel installation and they left the wall paneling unattached </strong>that surrounds the new electric panel. The cut they made at the bottom is jagged and very rough. I can visibly see all the wiring under the electric panel and behind the wall paneling. <br /> There are also two <strong>copper wires out in my back yard that are sticking up from the ground</strong> where they didn't bury them deep enough. I am afraid my lawn service will run over them if I don't mark off that area. <br /> <br /> <strong>I also have not received an invoice nor a receipt</strong> from either time they were at my house. All I will have is my credit card STATEMENT. This I know was my fault but I was still in a state of shock having to worry about a possible fire and where the money was coming from. <br /> That is why I gave them a C instead of an A. Although they informed me the new panel was bigger and they had to cut, I just think they should have taken a little more time to measure and nail up the existing wall. <br /> Today I see an offer on Angies List for the same service for half the amount they charged me. I am certainly sure that I have been ripped off. <br />

Fine. The only complaint I have with their installation is that they put the switch at 52 inches or something, unusually high. It functions just fine but it seems too high a placement.

Electricians arrived on time at 9 AM. They worked until 4 PM...it was a big job. The new electrical box was installed cleanly into its new location...fitted perfectly into space opened up and edges were finished to match surrounding wall. Electricians came with all the tools they needed, worked efficiently and cleaned up all the work areas before leaving. <br />

They came and they tried to sell me a bunch of things. I said no, and then finally I figured that they were trying to get me to buy the whole home package. I thought it was unnecessary because it is a new house. They were trying to collect hundreds of Dollars more from me above the big deal price. I don't know why they were trying to get all this money from me. I then said that I didn't feel comfortable with them, and then they left. They were here for probably about half an hour.

"Customer called us out to do a home electrical inspection. We came out and inspected customers home, and we supplied customer with a inspection report of our findings along with pricing. At no time was the customer pressured to purchase anything. Customer has since called us out to do additional work, not related to electrical inspection."

Technicians were on time. They were very professional and efficient. They kept us abreast of the entire process and costs at all times. There were no surprises. Technicians were very respectful of our property and took the necessary steps to protect floors and countertops and walls. <br />
