Chuck did an outstanding job.  He was extremely personal, professional, and punctual...a man of his word.  I called him to completely replace my in laws roof.  He got us a solid bid within just a few days, and once we gave him the go-ahead he got started within a week.  My in laws couldn't say enough about how professional he and his crew were, they even cleaned up the area each/every night in order to remove stray nails, staples, etc.  I will definitely give Chuck my business again when I'm in need of an honest general contractor! <br />

Mitchell NW did a great job! When we first contacted them with interest in remodeling our two bathrooms, they were very responsive. We scheduled a meeting with them so we could communicate what we were looking to do with the bathrooms and indicated what our budget was. They had great ideas of how to best use the spaces we had to work with. They then came out and did an onsite inspection to understand the true scope of the work they would have to do. Mitchell NW returned their bid within a few days with all of their diagrams, pricing and timetables for the work to be done. They were one of three bids we received and I must say, I was impressed with how detailed and organized the bid was that they provided. We determined that their bid was completely fair and well within the budget we had communicated to them. <br /> When the work began, they were always on time and did a great job keeping the mess to a minimum. They were always very receptive to our questions and thoroughly explained what was happening and what was coming next. When we would have to interrupt their schedule because of unforeseen issues not related with the job, they very understanding and re-tooled their timeline to best fit our needs. When the job was done, Mitchell NW did a follow up visit to make sure we were happy with the work and talk with us about any issues we may have had. There were a few changes we wanted to make to a couple of minor items, and they were more than accommodating to our requests. <br /> Thank you to Mitchell NW. We have gotten many compliments on the transformation of our bathrooms!

We hired Chuck to do the design for our new addition, but (by some turn of events) we ended up using another GC for the work. The GC we hired proved to be a very, very bad and negligent contractor - walls didn't line up, roofing was done very poorly and misaligned, siding was cut and installed wrong and not properly sealed, sheet rock was not taped and mudded properly, and so on. In other words, anything that could go wrong, went wrong. After going through the complaint process with CCB, we hired Chuck to fix our nightmare. <br /> Chuck started the job when he said he would, he handled changes very smooth and kept in constant communication with us. He made sure to do the job right! He didn't cut any corners. <br /> Everything that was set in the contract + additional changes were done in the time planned. Chuck did an excellent job at an extremely reasonable price. He's very approachable, a great communicator, and we'll hire him again when the need comes up. We have and will continue to recommend Mitchell NW to our friends and neighbors.
