A start capacitor was changed within 3 minutes it was running. The Charge was $180, A little high for a start capacitor. Several hours later the unit quit. Assuming it was the contactor I called him. After we spoke he said he would come and service the unit for $300. He also asked if there was a float. I checked and sure enough in the attic there was a float in the pan, which had water and the float activated shutting the unit down. I just felt like I was getting raped on the price. The 69-dollar service charge was supposed to come off the price if you allowed him to do the work. That means he is charging 250 for a start cap. When the unit quit working after he repaired; it was all about the money instead of the service. I would not recommend to friends.

Mitchell's was able to do what 2 other companies could not in less than 24 hours of contacting them with a request for service. Their response time was superior, as was their level of professionalism and quality of work provided. We look forward to the AC Clean and Recharge services we have requested to keep our system in good working order. We would highly recommend Mitchell's for your HVAC service needs.

Arentha does outstanding work. He is very straight forward and fair - very transparent. His pricing is excellent. Arentha will lay out the plan, explain exactly the plan of action and then confirms that I am on board. Does a great job of cleanup and very respectful of my home. I highly recommend.

Arentha's work ethic was apparent when we first met. He seems to take great pride in his service and came to our home to provide an estimate after hours. Excellent Service.  I have used Mitchell Mechanical for years (I operate rental properties and he has worked on several properties for me).  Arentha has always been great.  He is on time,  responsive and knowledgeable.   His rates are reasonable and the job is done right.  The service he performed for me this week was on a Saturday.  He was there quickly, took care of the problem and his fee was very reasonable.  He is a true professional. <br />
