Mitchel's Window Cleaning

I bought a Living Social coupon for 10 windows.   It took several attempts to make contact with the company.  Once the appointment was scheduled, they did arrive promptly.  They were to do my second story windows.  There were two workers and each took a side of the house.  I was busy with my kids, so when they said they were done and they needed the coupon plus $16, I didn't have time to check the work.  I just assumed they did some extra windows.  So I wrote a check and gave them the coupon.  Once I had a free moment and checked the quality of the work, not only had they not done extra windows...one whole side of the house looked like it had not been done at all.   When I called to complain (again it took several attempts to reach them) they said they would come back and redo them.  They never showed up. <br />

It was very reasonable and very well done. We found them on Angie's list and we chose them because of the rating and price.

I got an estimate from them and it was 100% accurate with what I was billed. He arrived on time and was very professional. He also has professional cleaning gear.

We have used Mitchel's Window Cleaning several times. They always provide excellent service and great rates. We normally have our windows cleaned in the spring and fall and have used Mitchel's ever since we moved into our current house. They are friendly, punctual, and do great work. The windows always look beautiful when they are done!
