Jimmy and Bill are fantastic at their jobs. I can’t recommend Mite-T-Tech enough and I am extremely pleased with the outcomes. It is rare to find professionalism, fairness, and candor with exclusions companies. To sum it up, they treated us like family and handled the exclusions as if it was their own home. Job well done.

It went very well. Bill communicated by text and as a plus sent me a video clip of him releasing the critters into the wild where they belong and not my back yard. He caught a critter each day over the course of one week service. Bill sent emails for the invoices and inspection reports. Job completed and I will definitely use his service again if needed. Super professional, reasonably priced and very friendly.

Bill, the company owner, took my call within one minute. I explained to him that I had a snake in my kitchen. He was at my house promptly. When he arrived, he quickly removed the snake. He is going to let it go humanely. Bill was extremely reasonable with his snake removal fee. I highly recommend Bill and Mite-T-Tech for any pest/snake/wildlife removal.

This company is great! Bill and Jimmy came to my house on Wednesday to do the termite bonding on our home and get us set up with the routine quarterly treatments. They are friendly, professional, and very accommodating. We had to reschedule last minute and they took it in stride! The prices are competitive and I appreciated the southern hospitality that I missed with their competitors. Even my dog who is usually nervous with men adored them both! Person and Pooch approved!

Called and Bill came out to our house a week later and started pest services at our home. He comes every other month treats inside and out. Bill is an awesome guy always happy and joking around. He has great smarts about bugs and services. Great company and great prices.

Wow just wow is all I can say about Mite-T-Tech! My daughter and I kept hearing noises coming from the attic at night. After talking to some co-workers and neighbors Mite-T-tech was the clear choice. I called and spoke to Bill and the next day Jimmy was at my house! He spent his time going through my attic and looking outside. I was in complete shock when he came down and actually showed me pictures of the damage that had happened in my attic. This also made me feel at ease that this man took the time to take pictures of what happened and what was going on up there. I was super nervous about this being a single mom and thought a company may take advantage of me. BUT this was not the case at all. Jimmy took the time the explain all the damage and where the rodents were coming in at. He set humane traps and the next day he was back and went to work. He cleaned up the nest that this momma squirrel had made for her babies and sealed up all the entry points. He also took after pictures and shared those as well. Super impressed with this company and the two men running it. Thank you Mite-T Tech you guys rock!!

Our son brought home bedbugs from a hotel and we didn't know about it until it was too late......I called Bill for help because I did not know what else to do. I called around to a couple big well known companies that all quoted me ridiculous amounts. Bill sent Jimmy out to the house and he did a great job combing through the house and determining where they had all spread. He than gave me a detailed plan of what needed to be done and a great price. Jimmy also gave me knowledge on these nasty little bugs and how the treatment plan works. They back their treatment plan and stated if anything should arise they are a phone call away. After discussing with my wife 4 days later Jimmy and Bill showed up on time and sprayed and did a heat treatment. A couple weeks later they came back as scheduled did a detailed walk through with no findings and have not a problem ever since. These two men are wonderful and very educated in what they do. If you want a job done quick and easy with no hassle and wonderful customer service call Mite-T Tech!!!

Mite-T Tech went above and beyond our expectations. These two gentlemen took care of things that we would've never been able to do on our own. There are many companies out there that could've done the job but we are very happy that we went with them. After Jimmy came out and did a full extensive inspection of the attic. He informed us that we had a family of raccoons living up there. He was nice enough to take pictures so we had proof that something really was going on up there and show us exactly how they were getting in and out and where they had made their nest to sleep and all of the above. We could not believe the amount of damage they had done to our attic. After showing us the pictures and writing up a proposal with an estimate we decided we were going to go with them. After setting humane traps a couple of days later Bill and Jimmy showed up to do the job. They took the time to relocate the animals. They then starting the cleanup of the attic and sealing up the areas that would allow raccoons or other creatures to get in. They were wonderful and we soon will be switching to them for our home pest control needs after our contract with current company is up. Thanks again guys!!

After researching many companies my family went with Mite-T-Tech for our standard pest control. We had done a lot of price comparisons and research on companies, big named companies and small mom and pop and none of those prices compared to Mite T. My wife was skeptical about this company because of the price. She kept saying you pay for what you get. Man was she wrong! These men are highly professional, knowledgeable about all bugs and timely with appointments. They come every 2 months like clockwork and do the job. We have never had an issue with bugs in or outside the house since we started with Mite-T. The guys always have a smile on their face and always ask at the beginning of their service if we have had any issues or if we have an area of concern. We appreciate all these two men do and have had family sign up with them as well. We would recommend this company for anyone’s pest control needs.

We hired Mite-T-Tech to come out and treat our home from a horrible pest problem. Bill and Jimmy are VERY professional and knowledgeable. The company arrived on time and took their time in our home. The company came out baited and sprayed our home thoroughly. It was nice because as a person that is not knowledgeable about bugs at all (ME) they took the time to walk me through the whole progress and what to expect now and in the future. They answered all questions happily and went above and beyond, they never made me feel like I was asking to many questions. They are flexible in their scheduling and follow ups. I would recommend everyone to hire this company for any issues needed in your home or business. Mite-T-Tech has customers for LIFE from our home!

This is a amazing company. I called to get a quote after dealing with several big name companies. There wasn't a hesitation on getting them out. I met with Jimmy and Bill on property. They inspected my home. Located where the issues where coming from. Not only was the interview with these 2 gentlemen amazing. The price was was the icing on the cake. They quickly went to work and didn't miss a beat. Very professional the whole way. Explained the treatment. What to expect and even set what they call a follow up to help break the life cycle of the insect. I started noticing a difference with in the first 24 hours. Doing what they recommended I do as a home owner results became amazing. About 9 days later Jimmy came back to my property as promised,asked how everything was and began his follow up treatment. I no longer have the issue's and feel i won't see any with this company. Long story short. It was a pleasure meeting with Bill and Jimmy. 2 honest hard working guys that really have the experience unlike your normal show up and leave technician. I can't wait till my next service with these guys! Thank you Mite-T-Tech for the easiest and best experiance I've ever had with a pest control company!!
