Kevin has been incredible. Very professional and always on time for appointments. He has helped us with our rodent and roach problems, coming back a few months in a row to check on progress. We have enjoyed using Kevin and Mitebuster and would recommend them to anyone!

Field technicians are excellent, knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. Office staff and management have much to be desired, and are the reason for this review.. We have had multiple instances where payment was given and no service received. To their credit, there was an attempt to rectify the issue, but manged to fall flat (twice) on the promised customer service. Earlier this year, they even skipped a quarterly visit and have talked about efforts to make up for it, but have done nothing to date. We have also had multiple scheduling problems where the tech calls 15 mins before a visit - which is great - however we didn't know they were coming (office problem) Then we have multiple calls to attempt to reschedule. The most recent visit (on 12-1) was for routine spraying for crawling bugs. When the tech arrives, he says he can't spray with the kids in the house. Ok, maybe i should have had the forethought to know that, but i'm not an exterminator, and don't think of everything all the time. Also, the office should know what to ask when they schedule on a weekend and essentially waste a trip (and my time and $). The second issue was the 'animal' currently living in my back yard. The tech made a call immediately (great!). He told me someone from the office would call me in about 15 mins to schedule setting a trap, but no call has come to date. After being more than patient, and giving them multiple opportunities to keep my business over the past 3 years, we have had too many scheduling issues, payment problems, and less than adequate customer service. Therefore, we have (tried to) cancel our contract and request a refund for the missed visit - but i haven't gotten a response to that issue yet either!

I initially called Mitebusters based on a recommendation from a friend. I explained that I had a bug but wasn't sure it was a terminate. I gentleman by the name of Luis came by to assess and confirmed it was termites immediatly upon inspection of the bug. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain how termites do what they do, which I really appreciated. He then scheduled a spot treatment and also some work to the outside with what I believe are some kind of trap. He told me what they were I just forgot. The gents that showed up, right on time I might add, where incredibly nice and attentive. They empathized with the situation and walked me through the plan of action. They finished up the work in a timely fashion, thanked me for me business and went on their way. They were very professional. The gents names were Mark and Tylon, I believe. I signed up with a service contract after doing my research and now have a new found knowledge of how termites work. Figured it's better to spend a little now to avoid spending alot later. I highly recommend Mitebuster and will be using their services moving forward.

Very well. Arrived exactly at time scheduled. Called to let us know he was on his way an hour before. Very thorough. Asked lots of questions about problem so he could provide best possible treatment option.

As I described above, the money was taken from my account for the service $149, but no one ever contacted me, and no service was provided. Either refund my money, or have someone contact me ASAP..

Visit went well. They arrived punctually, educated me well on the matter. I will see how the results are in the next few weeks.

It went well, the first visit was very good, the follow up visit was with a different person and he said that guarantee did not include people who bought through the discounted Angie's List deal so I was not covered and had to pay for the follow up. This was different from what I was told originally, so I didn't know if that was policy or if they honestly made a mistake or what. But so far, I got rid of mice, and I'm happy with the results.

The package on Angie's list was for 3 visits by Mitebusters. An evaluation of problem, possible entries identified and covered, and an action plan put into place. There is an additional fee charged at each visit that is not as transparent as it should be. Overall, the service rendered and the technicians are worth the cost of the package.

There were fine. they were on time and did the job that I expected.

Aside from the fact that the technician did try to get me to purchase additional Services, he was very professional and did what he came to do.

The rat boxes were laid out, however, I have to open them to see if any bait has been taken.
