This is a revisit to the review posted 8/22/23. I left an email for the owner, Mick, and he called me. We spoke at length regarding the different pricing for different contractors and all the various expenses that can come up with a job. It seems that $14000 was the rate for a 1200sf home. So this went a little better in the end as far as communication. And I appreciate him contacting me.
