I am a single dad with a small 864 sq ft home. It was a mess as my ex wife did all the cleaning, but I still cooked. I got a quote from anotherncompany for $350, which was out of my budget. I texted Maria and she gave me a quote of $160 and i left the backdoor open for her team. I came home that day and my house was super clean! The couch was moved, they cleaned under the microwave (didnt know your supposed to do that) and the house and floors smelled terrific. The bathroom was white again..wow. Im sure a person that likes to clean could find some negatives but injust needed a clean home for my kid.

For the price I paid, I was happy with the service. Maria called me promptly after I bought the Deal and scheduled an appointment. She needed to reschedule twice and was very apologetic, and I did not mind too much as long as the appointment happened before my in-laws arrived for a visit the following weekend. Ultimately, the timing worked out. The two cleaners who showed up worked hard. I would not say that the cleaning they did was a "deep cleaning" as the Deal of the Day advertised, as they spent about 3 hours on a 2400 sq foot house and some areas were definitely not touched. When they were done, I did ask them to address a couple of things that I noticed were not clean, like the floor of the shower. Other things I let slide because I would have felt that I was underpaying them if they actually spent the time that it would have taken to do what I would consider a "deep cleaning" of the whole house for $269 plus tip. I do not get my house cleaned regularly so it had been a long time since some things, like grout, had been cleaned thoroughly. A house cleaner we had hired previously, probably two years ago, charged about $450, which I considered too much, and they weren't much more thorough than Maria's crew. I would hire them again, not expecting a "deep cleaning" for $269, but a cleaning that made my house presentable to company.

Not three days later I was at the Doctors and my husband was working from home and when he answered the door there stood the cleaning service people. He called me and asked if I knew they were coming that day and I said absolutely not. I had a three hour treatment and he was going to leave for a meeting. I instructed my husband to tell them to come back on the agreed date. Never heard or saw them again.

The experience was very good overall. I had no problems scheduling with Maria after purchasing the deal, and choosing a day that worked well for me. Unfortunately the team of two maids did *not* show up at the appointed time of 8:30 am. I had to call Maria to find out what was going on (left a message), and then she got back to me to let me know that there was car trouble and they wouldn't be coming until 11 am or noon. I was lucky that I had flexibility to re-arrange my schedule that day -- otherwise this would not have been good!!! The quality of the cleaning was very good. The team of two women worked extremely hard and cleaned everything inside and out -- the whole job took four hours (a total of 8 person hours of work), so the price I paid was reasonable. I am very happy to have such a clean house and am ready for holiday season entertaining. I would definitely consider using MJ Cleaning again.

There were some scheduling conflicts on their part where they asked to reschedule, but they did a good job when they finally did make it.

Excellent job - 3 workers - cleaned mirrors, too...picture frames...very thorough. Willing to accommodate several schedule changes, which became necessary. Quiet and hard working...each took an area and left it spotless. I highly recommend this service - and plan to call them again, soon!

Well, but it was really dirty, so there were some areas that were missed. However, little things like the windows, blinds, baseboards were cleaned well. The house is less dusty.

Very well. First housecleaning there were a few things that could have been done better. When I called Maria she offered to come back, but I just scheduled her for the next month. When she and her employee came they did an excellent job, and were sure to cover areas that I felt were not done to my satisfaction the first time. there is a learning curve when you start working for someone and I think Maria was very responsive to my concerns and did a great job. Scheduling her for next cleaning.

I did not get a confirmation email until I emailed first. The team showed up on time and did a good job cleaning what they cleaned. But this purchase included a clean of the interior of my frig and stove which did not get completed. I contacted the company and they did not do a good job of arranging a make up time when I would be home and they could get the cleaning done. At this date, we still have not had that part of cleaning completed. Since I paid for that cleaning I am not really happy about my purchase. Be careful of sporadic communication (we scheduled times for make up cleanings and they did not show up) and not completing all tasks as paid for.

Very well, they cleaned where they were supposed to and it was thoroughly done.
