Landscape - Install Landscaping for Yard or Garden
We signed a contract with him even though his bid was very much higher than others because he indicated the work could be done promptly. We sent a substantial deposit a long time ago and no work has been done. He has a lot of excuses s and promises but has done no work. Now he won't respond to emails and I am not sure if we will ever see him or our money again. We did have a contract but he has not done anything but take our money,
