The man pulled my shower door out of its track and did not tell me. I did not discover this until after he had left. I paid a glass technician $75 to come out the next day and fix it. The glass guy used specialized tools for this and was adamant that this could not be fixed by the average homeowner. J Thomas said he would pay for the repair, but never did. Even after Angie's List got involved, J Thomas did not reimburse me the $75. Five times over the course of six months, he claimed he would pay me "next week". Angie's List eventually placed J Thomas in a Penalty Box, but that still did not get me my money.

It went well. They were delayed because of traffic but they called to inform me which was thoughtful. They also were flexible in changing my original appointment which I appreciated.

I made 3 appointments. They cancelled all three - the last one 15 minutes after it was supposed to start. I called Angie's List to get a refund. My request was not honored because 30 days had passed. I'm done with this company. I'm done with Angie's List.

They were great, absolutely wonderful. We arranged the time that was convenient for us and they really accommodated us. They were very quick and very efficient. We had no problem at all. They did beyond. They did follow through. They are willing to listen and accommodate to your needs and schedule. They were very professional.

<p>They sent a couple out that did not speak English. They did not understand me and I did not understand them. I talked to the person called Juan, I think that's the one that set up the appointment, and I told him the problem. They did finally have the software on the phone and it would speak out what they said. Then I would speak into the phone and it would tell them what I said. I told them the next time they sent someone I wanted at least one of them to speak English. It was a couple, like a man and wife, but it wasn't too good for me. But they did a good job and I am really pleased with them, that's why I called them back. </p>

He has the software on the phone and it would speak out what they said. He?d have me talk into the phone and someone would tell them what I said. So next time I would want someone that speaks english. I wasn?t to good for me. They did a good. I was really pleased with them so I would call them back.</p>

not good. left a lot uncleaned. there were two workers and neither were very efficient and 1 was actually very slow. he spent half an hour slowly sweeping. as a result they left an entire room uncleaned and lots of cabinets uncleaned. for spending 300 dollars and a so called "deep clean" I was very unsatisfied.

They moved The sofas cleaned underneath the rugs dusted all the knickknacks etc. they left no piece of furniture untouched everything was cleaned everything is immaculate.

The cleaning part went very well. The disposal of trash wasn't what I had hoped for. My only complaint... they left several large items that were to be thrown away sitting in the back yard. They did not throw them in the dumpster in the alley as requested. By the time I discovered the items in the yard they were wet and heavy making them difficult for me to drag back to the trash area. They had two guys come for the job. I have no idea why they left that stuff for me to dispose of.

They came 3 times but it didn't seem like he could ever get enough help. They did a good job cleaning but when I tried to contact them to come again they never responded - I tried email, phone message and text. I put in my last message to at least let me know if they were not going to service my home anymore, but no reply. Rather unprofessional.

They did not dust like I think professional do. I had to tell them to remove everything from dinning room table then dust and polish. They were pushing things to one side and dusting in sections. The quality of the cleaning was not good. <br> <br> <br>
