M & Js handy helpers

I went through Angi to get a pro for an exterior paint job that had lead paint. I met with the company supervisor and got a quote. We scheduled a date to pay the deposit and to sign the proposal which was on 10/4/23. I paid 8,000 dollars down in cash and was given a receipt. I was told the job would start the following day. They did come the following day and started the work. When I came by to see how the job was going, it did not look like he said it would so I stated I was not happy with the job so far. I was told it was the paint so they ordered a HEPA certified sander to sand and then paint again, which it still came out not looking correct. I was then told it was to cold to paint and had to wait until warmer weather. When warmer weather came, I kept reaching out and I would be told they would be coming to work and start more of the job, but no one would show up and when I brought it to their attention they had nothing to say. I still reach out to ask what is going on with the project. I either get no answer or I will get a message saying someone will be over only for no one to show. I am at a standstill because now code enforcement wants to know what is going on with the job. I reached out and told them and I still got no response. I also asked for a refund and got no response.

It was great. They were very quick and efficient.

Overall it's a great quality. They were great, very professional, friendly, and very fast too.
