Excellent work! Marvin came on the day requested to see and evaluate the job and give us a quote of the final cost. He arrived as promised the next day to begin work and removed the wall of mirrors in the living room efficiently and safely, with no pieces falling to the floor. Next he sanded and smoothed the wall, repaired the opening in the wall between two rooms with sheet rock and applied a spackling compound matching the texture to that on the other walls of the rooms. He returned the following day to apply two coats of paint, undercoat and final. This job took the better part of two days and Marvin did the work with skill and precision and cleaned up at the end. We will definitely contact MJ Solis Company for our next remodeling job and highly recommend his services to others.

I called Mr. Solis to see if he would and could remove a large wall mirror. He said he could and would be by at 4:00 the next day and look at the job. He arrived on time and looked over the job, quoted me a price. I agreed to the price and he said that he would be back at the same time the next day. He arrived on time the next day and took down the mirror. He protected my tile floor,cleaned up after he was done, and spent extra time at my house waiting for the layers of patch to dry before putting on the next coat. I received far more than I expected from my request. The original installer of the mirror would not even touch the project. <br /> I own two houses and incharge of a third. I expect to keep Mr. Solis very busy. <br />

Marvin is a real craftsman. He carefully explained what he was doing then performed the work expertly. I can not praise him highly enough. The project took about 4 weeks from commencement to completion. Marvin is a gentleman. His word is his bond. A few things went wrong as they will on any project. He just fixed them without drama. The tile work was difficult and superb. Details matter to Marvin. When the vanity plumbing was slightly off position, he tore out the wall and rerouted it. I did not realize how careful caulking can finish a room until Marvin finished. I am very happy with Marvin's service and professionalism.

We had a major leak under the shower and it damaged the adjoining drywall. Marvin came out immediately after calling him and investigated where the leak was coming from. The shower pan had been leaking and therefore the needed to be replaced. He was able to save us a lot of time and money by efficiently removing the bottom portion of shower and replacing the shower pan and then replacing all the necessary tiles. We are very pleased with his work.

Marvin is very polite and thorough. He takes his time to make sure the job is done correctly.
