Mr. Mark Wilder with MJW was very knowledgeable about glass replacement. He took the time of ordering my window using the proper measurements. In addition, he properly secured my broken window and advised me of how long the ordering process would take. To my surprise the window arrived early then expected. Mr. Mark quickly accommodated my schedule and arrived the next day to install my window. I am extremely pleased with the outstanding customer service received.

Well I must start off by saying I rarely do reviews off any kind, good or bad. I was so impressed by how fast I received a response seeing how I called 1:30 AM on a Friday morning. I was so upset to come home from vacation and find my bay window with a gaping hole in it. Out of all the times in world I pick this time to forget to set the alarm. Well needless to say I needed something done asap. Mr. Wilder was very understanding about my dilemma and told me if would be there to get the measurements and secure the window at first light. He was there around 6 AM and he actually boarded up the side of the window that was broken. He had other obligations that day but he assured me he would there first thing on Saturday and he was. I called another place and they wanted to charge extra for the weekend and I decided to make one more call and I so happy I did. Mr. Wilder well Mark did an amazing job and the price did not break the bank...
