His responsiveness obviously is super duper, super duper, super duper. He comes at 6 o'clock in the morning, that's pretty darn good to me. He went to the home improvement store first, bought it and came over to install it; unbelievable. His punctuality is pretty darn good, excellent! I would absolutely use him again in the future.
