On the app they said the price would be 130. When they got here they said it would be 150. Even after seeing the message that said 130 they insisted it was 150. There was a language barrier that made discussing things difficult. We have a beautiful set of antique glass dishes and the lady broke one of the glasses and never said a word. She must have taken it with her because it is gone. What they did do looks good but one of the things agreed to before hand was for the ovens to be cleaned ( we have 2). The ovens were not cleaned at all. This apartment is under a thousand square feet 2 BR 1.5 B. Very small place.

Wow! Just WOW!!!! Two hours after Leucy and her assistant showed up, I had an immaculately cleaned home. They mopped all floors and dusted everything--including seven ceiling fans and all of my furniture. They cleaned behind furniture, dusted all blinds (coverings for 10 huge windows and a french door) and made the beds. They dusted the TVs and wiped down all artwork. They left my bathrooms sparkling and smelling freshly cleaned. I don't think there was a speck of dust or dirt left anywhere. I have used various cleaning services in the past, and none measure up to the quality of service provided by Leucy. I am so happy she will return every three weeks!

Ms Leucy and her helper showed up first thing in the morning, with very positive and friendly attitudes and had their own cleaning supplies. They let me show them around, and got started right away. They moved furniture so that they could get all corners, and they dusted blinds, straightened out my closets, bathroom clutter, and cleaned everything spic and span in 4 hours time. Would call them again in a heartbeat.

They did an excellent job. The house looked great when they were done. And I was really happy that I didn't have to do it myself. I don't think the owner or her assistant understand English particularly well—there were a couple of times when I'd ask them to clean something a particular way, or asking them to redo something where I kinda got the impression they were just nodding to get me to go away and let them do their work. But it was a great job and a really good price.

We got a few declines due to distance or unpredictable schedule. Leucy from ML Cleaning in Kenner was one of the people who responded right away. She said she would work with the schedule and the distance was okay. Today was the day of the tryout cleaning for us. Leucy and her helper arrived an hour late, but on the first visit, that's not such a big deal and we had been in contact by text. After showing them around and describing our needs, I left them to it. I was kind of dreading coming home and going over everything because of past experiences with things being left undone or halfway done. However, much to my sheer delight and surprise, it was the complete opposite. As we walked from room to room, I had ZERO complaints or qualms about the thoroughness of their cleaning. They did a fantastic job and I thanked them profusely and sincerely. I found myself so relieved and happy after they left. I had to put some things back in their proper places, but that was an incredibly small price to pay for such well-done job! With previous cleaners, I would have to actually RE-"clean" some things! I think we have finally found a thorough, trustworthy, valuable house cleaning company. I cannot recommend Leucy and her team enough!!

Generally, I am satisfied with Leucy's work. She leaves the house neat and orderly, charges a reasonable rate, and has an accommodating schedule. My main criticism is that she sometimes misses little things like cleaning under the furniture, etc., and sometimes moves things without putting them back where they should be, but the overall impression of the house when I come in after she's been here is one of cleanness. I am happy to keep using her services.

They just left my house 1 hour ago. They were very kind and professional. I have plans of hiring again. She was very punctual. My house smells and looks so good, I do not have the time or energy to do everything they did today. They cleaned ceiling fans, a/c vents and tops of doors.
