honestly i had a bad stain in my office rug from a coffee spill years ago. I found M&M online and originally thought it was impossible to remove this stain but they actually got it out in less than an hour!. I recommend them to anyone needing anything similar to what I had. Great job.

They had a cheap old carpet shampooer they're really expensive but they dont offer professional steam cleaning they rushed through job and im disappointed lesson learned they arrived at 4:09 they were finished in 14 minutes

"I am sorry for your project. I told you on the phone I vacuum first, spot treat any stains present, and shampoo clean. Your area rug only had dust and lint present on it. I think cleaning longer would not have helped since there was not any visible discoloration or stains. We did complete your project 2 and a half months ago, but from memory I did give your mother a senior discount. If you would have been vocal during the first week or two we could have reached a compromise or a refund."

They were quick (less than 2 hours for roughly 1000 sf) and it is an old carpet, so most of the remaining stains have been there for longer than I have owned the dwelling. I would use them again but after I replace the carpet.

They were on time and easy to talk to and schedule an appointment with. They did an excellent job on my carpets for move out!! There were 2 others that were there, due to a work issue, someone else had to be there when I couldn't be there the whole time and they wanted the business information to use them as well!!
