Wood flooring in hallway.  Carpet in 4 other rooms.  Carpet installation was good.  Wood flooring was good as well except I had some of the pieces pop up.  There were air gaps when walking on certain planks.  The installers were a couple of senior guys <br /> who've installed for many years, however they seemed a little cocky?  Had them out once again to glue down and make some repairs. <br /> Mike, the owner, was super and responded to all calls and concerns.  Came out during the installation and was concerned that everything meets our satisfaction. <br /> Mike is a man of his word and represents his company very well. <br /> I would recommend M&M, however these installers need to be more responsive and courteous. <br />

Workers were punctual, professional and hard working.  Results were great! <br /> Knowledgeable office staff helped with many useful tips on selecting carpeting.  Samples were brought home and considered overnight. <br /> Positive experience.  Would recommend this company's services to others. It was a great experience this is a family business in a local town. They know there business and personally work with you. Everyone I dealt with was professional and very polite. The job was done well and within the time that they said it would be done in. I would recommend them to anyone. <br />

When in the store picking out what carpet we wanted the sales lady was very knowledgable and friendly. When Mike the owner himself came out to measure and give the estimate he was on time and came in got right to it and explained everything fully. When the installer got here he wasn't even late but apologized for being here at the later part of the estimated time. He was very polite and quick and made sure we were happy with everything before he left. <br /> <br />

Overall it went well and we're very satisfied with the quality and installation. <br /> <br /> <br />

Mike gave me an estimate for laminate flooring and carpet for our second home.  He gave me the exact measurements so I could shop prices.  I was able to make a decision on my selections knowing that the price was fair. <br /> However, when it came time for scheduling, he doesn't confirm, which caused the carpet installers to show up without being on my schedule. The laminate install wasn't confirmed but when they showed up I was glad and surprised. <br /> The gal that takes calls and works in the showroom isn't any better at communication. She was supposed to send Mike with carpet samples on the estimate date, but failed to send more than one sample of the type and colors I requested. <br /> The installation was great, professional, courteous, and friendly. <br /> I would recommend this company, but know that follow up is essential. <br /> Mike seems like a very honest and hardworking person with integrity, which is tough to find these days. <br />

Excellent you cannot tell where they stopped at in the doorway. It looks great.  I enjoyed working with Mike and M&M Carpets from the estimate to the actual repair date, they did everything they said. They offered a fair price and they showed up on time.

I used him twice, and he was punctual. He did exactly what he said he was going to do at the time and on the date he said he was going to do it. He was really good. The price was reasonable and very competitive. He was very clean, and he cleaned up after himself. He was here about three hours and made two trips. He was local to where I live.

They came on time. Well within budget and prompt.

IT WAS AN A. THEY DID A GOOD JOB ON THE BEDROOM CARPETS IN ALL FOUR BEDROOMS. MY HUSBAND LOOKED AT IT AND IT DIDN'T WRINKLE UP WHEN YOU MOVED THE FURNITURE. IT WAS TUCKED IN REALLY NICE. AS A MATTER OF FACT, WE'RE GOING TO GET THEM AGAIN.
