The first and only cleaning job was just OK. As stated above, Marta was very good, her assistant was sloppy and needed more supervision. I spoke to Marta about the assistant's lack of knowledge about cleaning, and Mart said she would bring a better one to our house for the next scheduled cleaning. <br /> We confirmed on the phone the next date for a cleaning and waited at home all day for Marta to show up (or call at least). We tried to call her that day and her phone number would not take messages. We never heard from her, nor did we ever see her again. I fear that something serious may have happened to her, hope that she is OK and wish she had called us. <br /> I am still searching for a once a month cleaning of specific jobs in our house (not a general cleaning of everything) that I can not do any longer. <br />

They did cleaning each and every room top to bottom, Light fixtures, fans, wall decor etc.. Also window, carpets and floors. The windows and carpets looked better than they had with carpet cleaners and window washers only. They were professional, worked the whole time they were here. I have to say I was impressed. I now have hired Marta for housekeeping every other week.

Will have them back on a regular basis.

They were here about 3 hours and never stopped once to take a break. I was impressed with their thorough work ethic and <br /> professionalism. There were just two employees but they did the job well, a good team. M and M is a family business and they <br /> were friendly and very likeable. I plan on hiring them to clean my house on a monthly basis. <br />

The first time they came out it was a little more because the place hadn't been well cleaned in some time. Windows are extra but they clean inside and out and the tracks. I think they are a little pricey, but they are insured, very professional and it's the same husband and wife team each time so I feel more comfortable leaving the house to them.

I was very, very pleased with them. They are a couple who do the cleaning (a man and a wife). They were reasonable, hard workers and thorough. I was very pleased with them. They worked really well as a team. They came in and asked me what I wanted done. I wanted them to do the things I couldn't do. So, they split up the work. She took the bathrooms. He had this vacuum that was attached to his back and his vacuumed the ceilings for dust. He had all the equipment needed. He walked around with his long hose and wide brush. Then they scrubbed the walls and ceilings in the kitchen and the bathrooms. I thought the price was reasonable. They were here about three hours. It was a lot of work. They were a hard-working couple and they put their all into it.
