The service person was nice. I asked how it will cost over the phone before came to our house and we agreed to the estimate of $125, this what breakdown was over the phone, depending on how many locks , about $20 per door. plus a service fee of $25. When the job was done I asked how much? I was told $125 and he told me I could pay by check or credit card. I told him I will pay by credit card and he send he would send me an email with the invoice. The email with the invoice came in at $201. I called him and told him it should be $125, after going back and fourth several times he ended up charging be $160 plus tax. I was told the difference is due because of the different lock type. I told him that this BS and you did not mention this upon completing the job. in Angies list he had high reviews, after reading through the reviews I was not the only one who had the same situation! Is Angies List doing anything to prevent people like this? where is the integrity to Angies list!!

I hate to write anything negative, and the guy was nice and did good work... but. He did not honor the Angie’s List deal I had “claimed,” which was to do the aforementioned work for $75. The “deal” made no mention of a “service fee.” When he arrived, I cited the deal, and he first said “fee,” but then agreed to honor the deal, three new keys for three doors for $75. Only when the work was done, well, did he insist on $135. And a check made out to him, personally. I hate confrontation, so I wrote him a check. He offered to come back and install a dead bolt for $120. No service fee on THAT, he said. No way on Earth I ever hire this guy again. Honor your “deal,” or tell me up front what the price is and honor that. Charge me an extra 80 percent after the job is done and you’re holding the keys to my house? That’s wrong, and you failed. Only thing that saves you from an “F” rating is that you did good work and you were pleasant while ripping me off. Had I known the price up front, I might have just bought new locks and installed myself.

They do a good job and very reasonable price.

It was good. He know's what he is doing. Price is reasonable.

It went extremely well. They were very quick, professional and i will recommend them to others. I'm very happy for the price.
