Everything worked like clockwork. My contact Bradley was very communicative, available and understanding throughout the entire process, as were the crew, during the job. I was very happy with the process and the work done, and along the way, each step in the process was fully explained to me. I felt listened to and heard - each person I spoke with accurately addressed my thoughts, concerns and needs. I felt everyone involved in my roof repair,from Bradley, to the office personne,l and the roofing foreman and crew, addressed and fully discussed all my questions and needs, quickly and to my 100% satisfaction. I also felt respected and valued as the homeowner. I appreciate the good care and excellent product I received in exchange for this, which is a major expense for a homeowner.

This M&M team rocked. They were on time EVERYDAY! Had all the appropriate materials EVERYDAY. They were friendly, knowledgeable, speedy, but accurate. Cleanliness was a huge plus because I have dogs. I never found nails or left over materials. The cleanup was done daily. They even over came obstacles to create a beautiful cedar column on my front porch. I am extremely happy with M&M and their professional employees.

I'm so glad I found M&M when I needed my roof replaced! Bradley was quick to respond and get me a quote. He was always available when I had questions or issues (and I had many), and he and everyone I spoke to have great customer service. The team came on time to do the roof and cleaned up well after themselves. They were very respectful of our property. The best part was how well they worked with our budget. They were up front about all costs and I felt confident giving them my business. I would definitely recommend M&M!
