M & M Roofing

Removing vent, sealing hole and adding the additional shingles seems to be working so far. No issue here that we know of. Leaks around chimney and on the other section of roof are a minor disaster. Leaks much worse than before and significant interior staining and drywall damage occuring . Additional leak in same area is appearing. Not very responsive and communication poor. Response to messages slow...roofer finally came a couple of times late last year...never saw him making actual followup repairs that may have been attempted. Provided lifetime warranty as part of cost but apparently only recognized by individual roofer...apparently not part of M&M policy. Surprise to us since this was not mentioned earlier. We requested partial refund but it was rejected. We are talking to other roofers for the repair. It is unfortunate but we cannot accept further work from M&M. If they would have just refunded a fair portion of the fee then it would have been tolerable..no one is perfect. But they could have accepted their responsibility and return a portion of the cost. As it is now we face a significant cost for interior dryall repair in addition to the leak repair by another roofing company.

Everything went great.  Several days before they did our job, the shingles were delivered.  The roofers came on the day we had decided upon and were on time. They were quick as lightening and very polite.  When they began removing the old roofs, they put tarps in our yard and when they finished the tarps were removed.  We have never found one nail in our yard or driveway and they cleaned up beautifully.  The shingles look great and have not given us any problems through strong wind storms and rain this winter.  We would certainly use them again should the need arise. <br />

Helped set up insurance claim. Worked closely with the insurance adjuster to explain the damage by meeting him at my house. <br /> Showed plenty of samples of different types of roofs and a large number of colors. It turned out perfect! <br /> Installation crew was on time and very professional, and performed the best clean up I have ever seen. <br /> All repairs were completed as discussed with no hidden cost and no hassles. <br /> A real pleasure to do business with. <br />

Danny came out and looked at the roof, handled all the up front interaction and negotiations with my insurance company, and made sure I got my roof replaced. I knew I was in good hands when the adjuster arrived and spoke to Danny like an old friend. When he told me he would cover up to $1000 of my deductible, which gave me a free roof, I was ecstatic. <br /> Jeff took over on the materials and replacement side, and was very prompt in coming by to hit my tight schedule before putting my house on the market. Although Mother Nature decided to postpone the replacement a couple of days, Jeff was in constant communication with me about when his crew could get out there. Once they got started they worked until after dark for two days straight to get the job done and did a fantastic job of cleaning up. <br /> Danny and Jeff followed through on the free roof claim and did a fantastic job in the execution. They are very up front about your option to use another contractor if your insurance company is not willing to work with them. In part, because of their great work, I was able to sell my house in less than a day.  <br /> <br /> <br />

Danny was great to work with, explained everything, made suggestions on several styles of shingles for the house.  <br /> Overall, we are extremely satisfied with their work and would definitely hire them again.  The job was completed in one day with <br /> very nice cleanup.  <br /> <br />

I contacted M & M Roofing, left a message and received a call back within a few minutes.  Danny Morrison came out and gave an estimate for work I requested.  His worker agreed to and met my insurance adjuster on site and pointed out and agreed on work needed.  Insurance check was sent, work scheduled and performed above my satisfaction.  With the discount that M & M provided, plus the insurance check,  there was absolutely no cost to me.   <br /> Danny Morrison and Jeff Munns were both always willing and happy to answer any questions I might have.  I had a bad experience with a competitor and these two professionals righted all the wrongs I had experienced.  Their employees were prompt, hard workers, and cleaned up well.  Jeff Munns went to great lengths to find a replacement for my skylight lenses and I'm very happy with them. All in all, I have a beautiful roof and I couldn't be more pleased with this company. <br /> <br />

Worked from very early morning till dark, but still couldn't finish in one day, even with about five people working almost nonstop. Finished early the next morning. We have found almost no debris in the yard or driveway. Their advertising was accurate; there was zero cost to us. <br />

Very professional. Very good clean-up. Great communication. We had other roofers come and do estimates, but this roofer had the advantage of being insured and worked well with our insurance company. <br />

The workers were very professional and clean.  The whole job lasted one day and there was not a trace of any material left behind, which is difficult when you have an entire roof tear off.  They worked with my insurance adjuster so that I didn't have to get involved with that end of it which was very helpful to me. The roof looks great and I am totally satisfied with their work.  I would definitely recommend them to other customers needing a roof.

They did a wonderful job, they were really good people to work with, they cleaned up after themselves and they were punctual.  If there was a problem they called me to tell me they’d be a little late.
