MND Construction

Not good!!! MND was hired 4/15/2019 to install a metal roof on our home. We were told that this company had 25 years experience and was run by ex military who took pride in their work. They were late in getting started and the job was performed by mostly non English speaking Mexican men. The roof looked horrible and our side building leaked worse!!! We have dealt with very poor customer service with many unanswered phone calls and had multiple no shows by this company. They came out to “fix” the roof but it still leaks and looks horrible. The flashing across the front of the house and around our chimney is very unprofessional looking. They used white caulking on the red roof flashing and it has run down the sides of the flashing. I joined Roofing 101 on Facebook and posted the pictures of the work done. I was told that my post had gotten the most negative feedback posted ever on that site. Many professional roofers said that it was a very poor roofing job. A few even said that the roof should be a total redo. Many said that I should contact a lawyer. I wish I could post the pictures of the roof in my review! I would recommend not using this company!

I had a metal roof installed by this company. The roof leaks around the chimney. My husband has made repeated phone calls to this company and Dennis Smith. We have been ignored and brushed off. Our roof leaks!!!! We need someone to come and fix it. We signed a contract and paid for the roof, labor, etcetera in April. It is now August and we have a leak which is causing damage to our home. They also pieced together one of the sheets instead of installing a full sheet. I am angry and disappointed in this company. I was told by Dennis Smith that this company was run by proud ex-military people who took pride in their work. (Should have known better when Mexican workers installed the roof!!!). I want this company to honor their claims of quality roof installation and customer service. My roof needs to be repaired now or I will be taking further action!!!!!!!

I don't think I have ever written a review online but I had to stop and address this one. From their office coordinator to their field workers was an extraordinarily professional experience. I felt they truly were there to help and not sell me something I didn't need. It became obvious from the beginning that everyone involved genuinely cared about the outcome. Ruben, the site manager, kept me involved and up to date at every stage of my project. I could go on and on about how smoothly it went but the true test is that I immediately scheduled work I needed done at my personal residence. I had never met anyone from MND previously but now I can honestly say I will only call MND Construction for any project and/or advice. ~Beth Adams

I called them and talked to the general manager and advised that I was a member of Angie's List and told him that I had seen a Big Deal for $99.00 for a roof inspection. He was extremely informative and professional and informed me of concerns I had and what to look for since my metal roof had not been installed properly. It was not his company that installed the metal roof. He must have taken about 20 minutes over the phone explaining the concerns and had someone come out that same day to inspect and take pictures and didn't charge me for it. There were no leaks or issues found, but he did point out some things that I could do to take care of a couple areas concerning ventilation. I also had a question about my back patio that had nothing to do with my roof and he was very informative and gave advice on that issue as well. I would definitely recommend them to others.

Two beautiful double hung vinyl energy efficient windows professionally installed! Great job and at a very reasonable price. Very nice windows at about half what others had quoted.

Great. MND installer changed out a small section of Roof when it was leaking. Very professional and timely done.

MND representative David suggested installing new vinyl siding. Install crew got right on the job in just a couple days after we met and was completely done within 3 days. It looks great! We now enjoy our patio again with this beautiful new vinyl sided chimney.

MND Construction of Fayetteville, NC provided a great service and made me as a customer feel very welcome and confident that I was in the right hands.

MND did a wonderful job on my roof. The crew made sure all the debris was cleaned up before they left my home. The General Manager, David Aazam, stayed in touch with me during the entire process and worked with my insurance company to ensure the work required was covered under my policy. They did such a great job, I called them again when I had a tree fall and damage my screened porch. They did an amazing job and will now be replacing my windows! This is a fantastic company and I have been recommending them to everyone I know.
