MNG Fence & Stain

Brandon is a very nice but bottom line the fence they put in was not quality - slats are crooked, no consistency of alignment and nothing was put back up. (an electrical outlet laying on the ground still/pool equipment hook not replaced, etc). We also all know that cedar will shrink which makes it more important that they are lined up tightly. The pictures of the gaps are from the first day - can you imagine how much space it will be in a few months? An additional stretch of fence not covered by quote was torn down then put back up with missing pieces. He said he would take care of it but to redo that portion would be an additional $400. Picture below with what he left me. I was stupid enough to pay before voicing my total frustrations. Shame on me I tried to overlook some of the flaws because he was so nice, but I believed him as he kept saying "I want you to be happy" as I am still trying to get him out here to fix or redo. Knowing I was unhappy should have driven for this to be fixed without back and forth texts on when he could or could not get by to see it NOTE: I will be happy to change my review if that happens but right now it's over three weeks and nothing.

Brandon is a perfectionist. He spends the time to make sure every step is as good as it can get. My 8 ft cedar fence looks awesome and it's rock solid. Very friendly service. I will definitely hire again to do more work for me.

Brandon is very responsive! Every time I emailed or texted Brandon, he responded immediately. There were a few minor hiccups during the project, but Brandon was always quick to rectify the situation. I would use him again.

Brandon was great! He returned my phone call immediately and continually communicated with me with regards to quote and scheduling. We were able to schedule the work to be completed approximately one week from when we received the quote. He arrived on time and completed the work within 1 day. He extended our existing fence by 22 feet on the one side which included removing and rewelding a wrought iron section on the front of our fence line. Quality of workmanship was great and you can't even tell where our old fence ends and the new fence begins. Would definitely hire again!

Excellent! Other companies had minimums and/or wouldn't bid this job for us. Fortunately I came across MNG and gave Brandon a call. He made the whole process so easy for me! I sent a few photos and measurements and received a fair quote. After 3 weeks of waiting and strife from other companies, Brandon made my vision a reality within 3 days from first contact! A neighbor, in need of a new gate, requested Brandon's details after seeing the quality of his work. We share a property line, so no doubt we will be contacting MNG when the time comes to replace that fence.

Few well! Go more for our money

Brandon quoted a few different types of wood and stain options that were in my price range. He was very professional and polite individual. Him and his crew wasted no time getting to work. The old fence was removed quickly and new fence was installed without any issues. He returned the next day to apply the stain. The end result was a well-built fence with a color stain that looked great. I wouldn't hesitate to use MSG again. Great job..Pic is attached but it looks much better in person.

MNG built the dog separation fence perfectly and even produced an alternate design that I was very happy with than the one I asked for, and it is more functional. They took both fence faces down moved them forward and just repaired what was missing, which not only they saved me money but also looked better than the original. They came in price better than 2 other bids!

I contacted this company about getting an estimate for work my HOA wanted me to do on my wooden fence. The latch was broken and needed to be replaced. I requested to have the entire fence opening replaced and the entire outside of the fence re-stained to a matching shade. The owner came out same day showed me pictures of a great stain shade, we decided on cedar wood, and put me on his schedule to have the work completed. He came early, worked consistently, cleaned up everything, and left me with a gorgeously stained fence. When I need the entire fence replaced, I will definitely call him again. He was awesome and had a great personality to boot!

Brandon and his crew replaced my fence after it was very badly damaged by a Texas storm. Exceptional work and REALLY nice guys. They worked late into the evening to complete the job. I highly recommend MNG Fence.

I'm very please with Brandon and his quality of workmanship.He stuck with his scheduled appointment and completed my project. I'm rather a picky person and he was able to please me. If you are in need of new fencing, I highly recommend Brandon to do what you want!

The team members that arrived to work on my fence were polite, punctual, and (most importantly) professional; they took obvious pride in the work being done, and as a customer, that was great to see. If I'm paying a lot of money for a fence, I want it to last, and I'm sure this one will. On a personal front...I literally, have not met anyone more polite than this team. They were nice, respectful, and just left me with the feeling that they were sincere and genuine. But this was just a bonus. The real star was the quality of work. The fence looks AMAZING; the stain that recommended by the team really compliments the house and makes the yard look inviting. I am thoroughly impressed by the work they've done; so impressed, that I'm leaving this review. Normally, I only write reviews when I'm annoyed or irked; but the sheer quality of this work...it warrants praise. I would gladly hire MNG Fence & Stain again. GREAT JOB guys
