Very difficult to get an itemized contract Had to tell them what to cover. When they did, some things did not get covered. Left very dusty. Had to tell them to remove trim and AC grill. They were going to float up to these items. Not acceptable. I was told they would put the trim back up when they returned. They did not bring their tools and tried to put it up with a make shift tool. I stopped them because the end result would be disastrous. They installed one roll of insulation out of 4 and told me they installed 3. I asked them to bring the trash down after he said he was finished and he only brought one wrapper down. Not until I went up the stairs to the attic I found out the truth. His wife called when they were finished and told me I had too much insulation. I told her that is what the insurance told me I would need. I told her before the contract that there was 150 sf of insulation. I asked for a price adjustment due to only installing 42 sf. She refused and said the contract only referred to bathroom ceiling. Also, on the first day they left trash in my front yard that I had to pick up.

Rene was terrific. He does great work. He is honest, upfront and goes above and beyond. The company themselves are quick to reply and provide spot-on quotes and arrival information. We look forward to using them again.

The project went very well; with communication and contract. The days project started and completed were on time and professional.

All materials and painting included EXCEPT paint. Cleaned up after himself!

They were incredible. Spotted more issues than we did and fixed them all the same. Came in the day after the quote and we have a fully repaired upstairs. Wonderful work.
